so i open a support ticket and noticed my reply was exactly the same as some one elses i had seen on the forum, which Makes me P.O. because, for one i thought i was getting an actual person lookin at my problem, not just a general answer everyone gets.... this is exactly what my surport ticket said
This can be due to several reasons: Same password/IP as referrer, false information, or outside of the US. In order to be able to pay our users such as yourself for the legitimate referrals that they bring to our site, we sometimes have to deny illegitimate referral bonuses. We apologize for the inconvenience. The reason this was done retroactively is because we cannot have a computer system do it, we have a person do it for reasons of accuracy and therefore there is usually a delay.

2007-10-15 17:37:33 i have one referral and i havent been on fusion in a while and i come on and see that my referral was denied i do not understand, because His information was all correct, he used his own personal computer, and he dose live in this country, i was tehre when he filled out his info, so can you please let me know what the problem is
Can an admin. please take a look at my account and let me know exactly why i was denied for this referral ??

Having prewritten responses for certain common questions is standard industry practice. Your referral bonus was denied because the referral signed up on the same computer and/or internet connection as you, which is a violation of the Terms of Service.

no it wasent it was on a totally diffrent location not even in the same city, his personal computer, not in same house or work place nothing, i made sure we did it legit, is there any way, a admin, can personally look into it and see because i know it was done legit, and i dont wanna keep trying to refer people when i dident get credit for one i know was legit :BangHead: :'(
