The only help you have is..well very sketchy!
Some folks here (like me) need help on just understanding what some words mean (dailies, ticket)
If the Help area was better, and included a "what to do" sectin i believe it would help more.
The forums are great help, but i also had to learn how to get through in these. It does get confusing every now and again!
