Title: Blank.. Gray screen for Weekend Commercial Study?

I could not do the FC commercial study.  >:(   It was just a blank gray screen???
It said send crash report, but after I did, It said i couldn't complete the
survey because i already did  ??? What the heck!!!
What do we do in this case?

That also happened to me before and I lost the opportunity to do the survey. If I remember correctly, some plug-in that allows the page to load crashed (in my case, at least). You'll probably have to wait for the next available CM survey because I don't think they'll let you redo that one.

I had this happen to me. It is annoying. I just get mad and then move on and try for more surveys to complete. There is nothing that you can do. Ugh
