Title: Lost money?

It hasn't been 180 days and I just logged on to find I lost $2!! I know it doesn't sound like much but I was really close to being able to cash out for the first time, and now I only have $21.09!! I have been working for 2 months EVERY DAY to earn this and to find that now I am going to have to wait a lot longer is really frustrating! What happened and what do I do? I am so disappointed right now.

If you look on the credit list on the My Account page, there is a status column all the way to the right. There it should say if the credit was denied or expired.

If denied, I suggest checking your email to see if you received a note about why the credit was denied. If no email, try looking on these forums to see if other members had the same credit reversed first. If none of those options are viable, submit a support ticket requesting the reason.

I agree with skippymcnapper.  That is the first I have ever heard of losing money before expiration.  I would follow that advice and submit a support ticket.  Our admin here is great.  They normally get right back with you within 24 hours.  But also, my best advice for the quickest way to replace the two dollars, if you do end up needing to replace it, is the Paid to Call offers.  They are great and sometimes you can make that two bucks there in about four minutes.  Good luck.

Sometime some survey denied credit after couple day you completed the survey. Like after you completed the survey they said you have completed the survey and it will credited it your account for some business days and made feel happy. And then you saw credit in account they had put there. And more days past almost right before we request cash out, right then you saw a short balance because the survey company change mind and said you disqualified or not match for the survey. Happened to me on my first cashed out. :dog: :dog: :dog: :dog:

maybe u were denied its possible for their to be cash reversals ok

If it was from a survey it could have been answers that they felt werent given in honesty(all in the middle), or the survey was answered much too quickly to have been done properly(this is kind of a sticky point, but possible).  It could also have been instantly credited but then they found that your answers came after the survey had closed.
