Paper calendars are so cute I use them as my wall-ART. ;)
-
Yes I still use a paper calendar every day. It is called a Magic Eye calendar. I order it by mail every year. It is cool because you can see the main image for each month in 3D if you focus your eyes on it just right. It's supposed to be good exercise for your eyes and it is fun too.

Yes I still use paper calendars for appointments and reminders of different birthdays. I think paper calendars are more better then the calendars on your phones or computers.
-
I still use paper calenders they help keep me organized.
-
Yes and they are more helpful than the one on my phone. :)
-
That and also the smaller ones that are spiral bound. I can make notes of when things happened, when I paid something, when I cash out on here lol, when I am suppose to do things. And nobody can access it like they can an online calendar. And the wall ones are like you said so cute. lol
-
Yep I do. I like the flower calendars because after I'm done with them I put them up on my wall. I have 2 this year: a birds with flowers and a Peanuts calendar. Going to keep the Peanuts one though and put it in my collection after the year is over.
-
I must admit I still use a "paper" calendar but I don't necessarily consult it every day!!!!

I have one hanging on the wall in my office.

-
Yes, I still get one every year from my insurance agent and one or two others in the mail. I keep one in the office.
-
Yes I still use them. But what's funny is that I can seem to find one the the stores for 2014. But I'm sill looking.
-
Paper calendars are the only type calendars I use. I don't bother with the calendar on my computer. I can look at the wall and see what day it is instantly. Every year I buy calendars with pictures of kitties. :cat: They are darling to look at and they add art to my wall.
-
We still use paper calendars all the time. I have several that I keep track of things on. I don't know what I would do with out a calendar.

I haven't seen one of those magic eye books in a long time. I remember you use to be able to get them in books too.
-
Yes, I have one in my kitchen and one beside my computer.
-
Yes I do and probably always well.
-
I always have a calender hanging in my kitchen, and I do not always have paper calenders, but fortunately for me this year I have a paper calender hanging in my kitchen.
-
I have one beside the computer and one on the wall. I also have one in the truck.
-
I have Korean friends who have given me a wall calendar for the last two years.
They are pretty.
I have a Spanish one home made from Mexico.
-
Yes I use paper ones but I also use the one in my computer at work and the one on my phone when I don't have a paper one handy.
-
I still use paper calendars help me to organize and remember what days I have to do certain things and the blocks are large enough so I can write on them
-
Yes, I still use them. I like to have them for the artwork on them, but I also write on them too.
-
Yes, and always will. We are becoming way to reliant on 'all things electronic' in my opinion. There is gong to come a time when the electric grid becomes either unreliable or completely down. It is no secret the in the US 'the grid' has been totally neglected and is in dire need of being reworked. Outages might be sporadic and could be very widespread and for significant durations. Being prepared for such an event is not paranoid or a 'pepper mentality', just common sense. Imagine not being able to use a credit/debit card and having NO cash on hand... pen and paper will be the ONLY method there is for you...
-
Yes, I definitely do. Both my husband and I have crazy work schedules so we have resorted to writing down which days we are working and what time we have to leave. That way we both know what the other has to do the next day and if we can take the "cheap" car to work or not I just am not used to using a computer for this and the calendar is always "on" when it is hanging on the frig.
-
Yes I do, cannot hardly deal without my wall calendar. Still a must have.
-
Yes I still use paper calendars. My sister makes a family calendar each year and gives one to each sibling at Christmas time. It's most valuable for all sorts of events. I love it.
-
No i havent for about two years all my stuff gets synced into my smartphone its been really nice because its always with me to make changes to or to look up something.
-
I still use a calendar. I keep it on my desk at home so that I can write down important things I need to remember.
-
Yes.
-
Even with all the technology I still keep everything backed up on paper. ;)
-
I certainly do. Helps me keep track of pay days, time off, appointments, etc.
-
Yes I use them at wall art also. It brightens up my desk area at work.
-
Yes, I think they are easier to take a quick glance to see if anything important is going on that day (or even that week, esp. if it's something you may want to prepare for prior to the actual date). With online calendars (including those on a phone) are more cumbersome to use just to look at the week for special things. Plus the paper calendars usually have interesting art/pictures so it doubles as wall decoration as well.
-
yes like to look at them
-
tes - I love the pictures.
-
Yes, definitely. I hate the over-reliance on electronic gadgets, and often low-tech things like calendars are much easier and quicker to use.
-
Yes I do, its easy to look on the wall for the date at work, that's where I use mine.
-
Yep, I have a few paper calendars. One in my kitchen just because it's a convenient place I'm often in when I'm planning household chores/maintenance. I keep a stand-up calendar on my home office desk for convenient checking of the date and scrolling for future dates when planning work meetings. And I have a big desk calendar I use to note down everything - including hobby stuff like recording premieres of tv shows for a contest I'm in.
Way easier to see everything in pen/paper at a glance.
I use my phone calendar to record appointments I make while away from the house, but then immediately get them transferred to my desk calendar.
-
I guess I`m resistance to some basic changes, I always use paper calenders
-
I actually have two. A pocket calendar that stays in my purse that I list all of our medical expenses, volunteer hours etc so at the end of the year I can figure it up. then we have a big one on the wall in our room with doctor app., birthdays and pay days for my husband.
-
I post three paper calendars so I can just look up and reference it when planning. I also like the art and quotes. I've also created calendars, featuring my photography, for my Zazzle store. :rainbow:
-
I like the Farmer's Almanac calendar and it's usually free at the bank.
-
I only use paper calendars
-
Yes I still use my paper calendars. I have one on our bulletin board for the FAMILY KEEP IT ALL STRAIGHT SCHEDULE and another one by my computer with my daily appointments etc.
I cannot imagine NOT having one.
-
Yes, I use paper calenders. I have a pocket calendar that I carry around with me and use as a reference when making appointments.
I also have one wall calendar that I created on my PC -- just boxes for days of each month (no pictures). Discovered it was easier to maintain and cross check with the pocket calendar because the boxes are large enough to make notes but it's only 8.5*11. (one page for each month)
I have other calendars with pictures -- but don't use them -- just enjoy the pictures.
-
I certainly do....everything is written on it too!
-
I still use a paper calendar at home.I have one hanging on the wall here in my office.I don't carry pocket calendars anymore. If I'm out and need to see a calendar,I use the one on my phone.
-
I don't but my girlfriend does. I don't know why because we both own iPhones and I also have an iPad and a Mac. I use them.
-
I have a paper calendar/planner for my school work.
I tried using my phone last semester but it just didn't work well for me.
-
I don't use paper calendars anymore although they have some really cool ones - am always tempted to get the one with the firemen on it oooh never mind - moving on 8) - I am more apt to get a planner that I can carry around with me and write stuff on it.
-
I still use paper calendars at work and at home.
-
Yes I still use paper calenders because they are more convenient and I like the pictures that they have for each month.
-
I still do. Have one at my work desk. I have one in my kitchen and room. I even carry an agenda as well.
-
My partners at work provide me with a company branded calendar, so I always decide to use this. I also use a free custom 8 1/2 by 11 paper calendar in my office to scribble and highlight on. Of course, I predominantly use my digital calendar on my smartphone for important reminders.
-
Yes, I have one taped to the side of the refrigerator and write appointments and other important info on it. Have a pretty linen one on the wall, though.
-
I actually just got a promo-code coupon from my Kohls card for a free personalized calender from Shutterfly. I just got it in the mail about a week ago and I love it. Will probably buy one next year.
-
Yes, I do. I prefer to have an actual calendar to write on and such. Plus, there are some out there that have really awesome images to go with each month.
-
i still use the old time hang on the wall callenders. so easy to just flip to the date and month
-
Only the small ones!
-
Yes I still use them for the same reason it has been used in the past. It is hard to use technologies but you can't beat what's already written on paper. All you need is a reminder that you are going to have a Dr.'s appointment next week.
-
I consider myself a calendar dork. I have them everywhere. You know how you can become overloaded with technology... I think calendars have that affect on me. I use a breakfast and lunch calendar for my kids school. A paper calendar in my bedroom with appointments and important information - another school calendar that just floats around the kitchen and the calendar in google doc's. If I had a smart phone I'd probably be using a calendar in there too. My 7 year old was given her first calendar this year from highlights magazine. It became a ritual for her to mark days off from the one in my bedroom so my husband figured it was time she get her own. It's turned out to help her soooo much. She has ADD and knowing what's going on in advance so she can prepare for things has settled her down in that mentally she's a little organized.
-
i do, i enjoy being able to flip to the next month and physically check off dates and schedule things 8)
-
I use paper calendars because I like to see the pictures. Mostly about nature, or animals.
-
I have a paper desk calendar for work and a paper calendar at home for my fridge
-
Yes. Especially the one hanging on the bulletin board at work.
-
i love to use paper calendars, i use them as a sort of wall art as well :)
they keep me more organized than an electronical one on my phone
-
I have about five paper calenders in my house, i like to cross out the date.
-
My 5yr old knocks mine off the fridge every time.
-
We got a free one in the mail so we use it, I don't usually buy them though.
-
Yes, they are very helpful for my household. My husband has a very busy schedule and I also have things to do, so it helps the both of us if we write down what's going on each week. That way we know what the other is doing. We have it hanging in our living room, which is very convenient.
-
I like paper calendars. I find it easier to keep track of everything if it's written down in front of my face.
-
Yes! They're efficient!
-
I use a Franklin-Covey Planner which proved to be a pain in the you-know-what to purchase this year because they have pretty much closed all of their traditional Brick and Mortar shopping outlets. Working with them on line took longer then if I had driven to their home office seven hours away (or so it seemed). I have used their product for over twenty years and this year was the first year that I considered stopping only because the company was so difficult to work with. I typically have two to three projects working, with two to three different computer systems, and need to write everything down...can't rely on Microsoft outlook.
-
We use a paper one in our home office to keep track of what bills need to be paid but I use my phone to keep track of apptmnts and other things.
-
No not anymore. I use Outlook and Google calender for work. For personal stuff, I just use my phone. So much more convenient.
