Title: World of Red Bull video
Post by: daeth2 on February 25, 2014, 06:22:45 am
The movie window opens up, I get the dropdowns to fill out year I was born, but then it just goes to a blank, white video window that will not play.

Are you using Internet Explorer? If so, why not download a free version of Mozilla Firefox and try it again using the new browser. I have Mozilla handy for exactly this type of situation, which happens frequently with FC.

I haven't had any problems getting this video to play, but I think you should clear your cookies and cache then try again. If that doesn't help, it may be your browser and it might play in another one like Chrome or Firefox. I hope this helps, good luck to you!  :glasses-nerdy:

It approved for me. I'm sure you tried refreshing it. Maybe try opening it on a different browser.

Personally I think all the videos work best in Chrome.  But that is just my experience....   ???

I use Google Chrome for all the videos and have never had a problem. I recommend Chrome. Actually I've gotten to the point where I prefer Chrome for everything, not just FusionCash.

I'm using Chrome and I also had this problem when I tried to watch the video. The video has been removed from my list now so I don't have the opportunity to watch it any more :(
