we don't but y hubby has to work on that day i don't like corn beef or green beer
-
I am irish and i dont celebrate. i think people just use it as an excuse to get stupid and drink a ton of alcohol. i would rather just stay inside my house and be safe and sound instead of having to deal with all the crazy drunks.
-
We have corn beef and cabbage sometimes. I rather like it - once a year. :P
-
We always celebrate, just because you are celebrating DOES NOT mean you are drinking and getting stupid. We have the corned beef, cabbage, Irish butter, potatoes the works. It is a fun holiday, no gifts, no pressure, just time to enjoy the family. We all wear green and just have fun.
-
I like to wear green and put out a few decorations. I'm not crazy about drinking, so I don't. Just nice to see all the green that day.
-
I don't celebrate st patricks day but I love shamrock shakes from Mcdonalds
-
Completely agree with the comment about shamrock shakes. I don't usually go to McDonald's very often, but shamrock shakes are definitely near the top of my list! And I may wear green when I go!!
-
In college we used to really celebrate it. Don't really do that much anymore.
-
I don't celebrate St Patricks day, but my kids like to wear green outfits.
-

I used to make sure I had on something green..but now a days I don't even remember it is St.Patricks Day until someone reminds me throughout the day.
-
I do periodically eat corn beef, cabbage, have some beer and make sure to wear green. But I think I might do this on days outside of St Patricks Day too.
-
I don't do very much for St.Patrick's Day.If I think about it,I might wear something green.I don't go out for St.Patrick's Day because I don't drink and there are too many people out on the roads that night who do.
-
Not really anymore. I guess I will try to wear green but that's about it for me.
-
All I've ever done was wear green. :clover: I eat corned beef regularly, though, and I'm not (legally) old enough to drink yet.
-
I don't really celebrate it in any way.
-
Usually remember to wear green, learned how to cook traditionally corned beef and cabbage last year , so looking forward to having it this year.
-
I do, got to do a pub crawl for st pattys day!
-
Yes!
Because why not? Life is meant to have fun, have good clean fun every chance you can get
Oh, and I don't get all stupid drunk either.
-
Do not celebrate, what is there to celebrate??? ???
-
I do not know what to celebrate except to wear something at least green and pig out at some restaurant that serves corn beef brisket. Or might as well cook one yourself. The best way to cook corn beef brisket is to steam it.
-
I will have my kid wear green but after that nope do not celebrate irish holidays.
-
Sorry, I don't celebrate St Patrick's Day. I wish all of you have nice St Patrick's Day with your families or friends. Thank You!
-

No, I don't celebrate St. Patrick's day either. It's just another day for me. However, when I was a kid going to school I always made sure I wore green so I wouldn't get pinched. :clover:
-
I like corn beef and cabbage but I don't drink so u can through all the green bear down the drain for all i care!
-
I. too, fall into that group that says not much beyond wearing green. I am from Irish ancestry, but do not really celebrate the day.
-
No I never have. I always forget all about it until people around me start talking about it. :clover:
-
I used to celebrate it all the time before my best friend who was Irish moved. Now it has lost it's impact. I might do a corned beef and cabbage dinner.
-

-
Nah, not really. I used to wear green every St. Patrick's Day, but now I don't care.
