what is it? is there one that frequently gets caught in there?
is there one that's been in there for years and surfaces
randomly? is it driving your crazy or do you love it...
mine currently is the flaming lips - fight test
-
The two worst are "I'm Walking on Sunshine" and "It's a Small World."
-
Bob Marley's "Get up, Stand Up"
-
stephen king wrote an awesome article about this in entertainment weekly a few months back. he calles them "earworms" and went on to list the songs that would stick in his head. it was at that moment that i realized earworms are highly contagious because i could immediately hear the songs he had mention. so i thank the previous posters for the earworms i've caught from them and would like to repay them (and everybody else) will mine... those darn free credit report dot com commercials!

If you've never heard of this band before, and you're into metal. I suggest checking them out. They're a perfect mix of that old school metal with a brand new style.
They've got a music page on myspace, just give them a look-up
-
"Beat it" Michael Jackson lol this whole week has been some sort of MJ song on account of hearing the songs over and over and over on tv lol. Its a good song could be worse sure glad its not "walking on sunshine" :BangHead:

"Celebrate good times, come on! It's a celebration..."
That song is permanently stuck in my head. As is the opening song of High School Musical 2.

I would hate to have "walkin on sunshine" stuck in my head...but it's a good lil pick u up song. I've been on Micheal Jackson all week myself! I love it and honestly I can't even listen to the radio right now. I mean, the last song I heard was something about "give me dap, give me hug." I mean really, is that what music today has become?

Here! Now I hope it's stuck in your head too!
Hello darkness, my old friend,
Ive come to talk with you again,
Because a vision softly creeping,
Left its seeds while I was sleeping,
And the vision that was planted in my brain
Still remains
Within the sound of silence.
In restless dreams I walked alone
Narrow streets of cobblestone,
neath the halo of a street lamp,
I turned my collar to the cold and damp
When my eyes were stabbed by the flash of
A neon light
That split the night
And touched the sound of silence.

The last couple of days I have had You Rock My World by Michael Jackson in my head. Maybe it's because I've been watching the video. I just love his dancing in it.
-
A bunch of songs, as always!
-
Mine would have to be those silly credit report.com commercials. I think I have seen every one of them and they all get stuck in my head. My 2 year old loves to get up and dance to them. Another one is the commercial for the car dealership. I can't remember the name of it, but the song drives me nuts. I would normally change the channel, but if my 2 year old is in the room she gets up and dances to that one too.
