Do you pour your salad dressing on your salad
Or dip the salad in the dressing with your fork?

I pour it on the top of my salad. I cut my vegies into tiny pieces it's easier to eat when I pour it on top than dipping it.

On top of the salad, but it's been ages since I ate a salad anyway. Italian and Ranch dressing was always the best. :heart:

I pour my dressing on top and it depends on my mood what dressing I get. The only things I dip in dressing is chicken fingers and pizza rolls.

Well, first of all I like to make my own salad dressing - that way I know exactly what I'm eating without preservatives and things I can't pronounce and yes, I like to pour my dressing right on my salad!!

Yes I always pour my salad dressing all over my salad, it is better that way

I love to pour the dressing into my salad so that every part of my salad gets a little bit of the ranch.

usually pour on top unless i am low on dressing,then i dip..and sometimes i dip it when i dont really have the taste for a lot of dressing..when i am cutting calories i like to use the dressing as a dip.

I pour lots on top and then stir it to mix it in with the whole salad
