A person should floss their teeth at least once a day if they are good at it. Twice a day if they still need practice. The best time you should floss is bedtime to be sure that you remove all of the left over food from in between your teeth.

Flossing isn't done to remove food from between your teeth. Flossing is done to remove biofilm from your tooth surfaces, especially under your gums. Biofilm can lead to cavities and gum disease -- and gum disease has been linked to cardio-vascular diseases and diabetes.
Flossing every night before bedtime is recommended.

I have heard that we should floss every time we eat. I'm so bad at that some time I floss and some times I don't. I need to get better at flossing. MY BAD!
