I need a simple boneless chicken recipe.

The simplest recipe I can think of is boneless chicken *bleep* sliced into pieces, placed on a foil lined baking sheet, basted with barbecue sauce and baked until done (which doesn't take very long at all).  I do this when I need something quick and satisfying.  Hope you try it and enjoy!!!!
