it messes me up when the time changes i can't get use to it being an hour ahead does it do that to you to
-
It only messes me up for a few days and then I get it all straightened out. It takes some getting used to cause last night I went to bed at 3 cause I completely forgot it was spring forward. So today I'm a little off but I will get it right later.
-
It temporarily screws with my temporal lobe...lol! But then it only means SPRING is coming! YAY!! :)
-
Was that today? No wonder Ive ben off all day.
-
Yes, the time change today and I don't have any problems. Thank You!
-
It throws me off a little, but by the end of the week I will be fine.

So youreally went to bed at 4??? lol
-
oh yes it does.. Especially when it comes to sleeping schedules YIKES
-
It always throws me off for a few days, then I am OK.
-
The Spring Forward throws me off for the first few days and then I am okay. Now the fall back time change is a lot easier for me as I am sure it is for others too.
-
i actually like this better. when i get off work, it's still light outside and i don't have to worry about walking to my car in the dark even if i work at school.
-
I wish they would leave the time alone. It takes so long to feel like your back on schedule after they change the time. I would like to know who it really helps.
-
I agree that I think the time change is pretty worthless nowadays. I wish we'd just stay at one time instead of switching back and forth.... I know my pets get the most confused, since their only way to track time is by the sun... I had a tough time getting them up this morning cuz it still felt like it was nighttime for them!
-
The time changed and so did I. I am getting ready for Spring!
-
I tend to stay up too late anyway, so for a few days I lose a little more sleep because the evening seems to go so fast. Eventually I get into a "normal" rhythm. One of my goals is to get more sleep but it is difficult because I get up early for work and my basic tendency has been that of a night owl.
-
Every year's the same, spring forward, then fall back time.
-
I'm so glad that this year it fell on Spring break for us so that my son has a week to adjust to it.
-
I think it's funny how many people complain about it. It's not a big deal. ::)
-
I love that it now will stay light longer! That being said, I find that I am awake more during the last couple of nights, not a really big deal but a bit bothersome and makes me a bit sleepy in the afternoon, but overall not a big deal!

Daylight Savings Time always takes me at least a week or so to get used to. For that first week, I feel exhausted!!!!So crazy!
-
I thought I would be completely messed up, but so far I am doing fine with the time change.
-
I hate it it takes me almost a month before I finally adjust to the time change with my job I go to work in the dark and come home in the dark I hate it
-
I hate the process of adjusting to Daylight Savings Time. My internal clock gets whacked out....can't get to sleep at night...can't wake up in the morning. Eventually I adapt.
-
I haven't had much problem with Daylight Savings Time this time around but I do not see the sense of it. It was started back in World War II but it surely isn't necessary now.
-
I hate this. :( It's so hard to adjust and I can barely sleep because of it. Plus, the days go by quicker and I hate that.
-
I wish we would stop the time change in the fall. I like it light earlier. I am excited about the longer days though. Everyone have a great day.
-
I hate it because it takes me a month to adjust to it. I can't fall asleep and it's hard to wake up in the morning.
-
I'm grateful for the longer daylight hours. It does make me tired, but it seems everything does. ;)
-
I hate when we have to change the times because its a we bit of a hassle to adjust . Every state should adopt what arizona has no *bleep* time change . It's simpler and less annoying
-
It gets harder every year for me. Couldn't sleep for a few nights because of it.

Everyone keeps telling people to spring ahead. Some of clocks outside in certain cities are still back an hour. Lol
