Yes, I can say it does :)
It's worked not only for me, but for quite a number of other people here. You'll find the amount they've earned in their sigs.
I had a check send to me. My bank cashed it without issue.

You will not get rich from this site but you will get some extra spending money just for doing the dailies, free offers, and posting. I haven't tried any of the offers that reguire payment, but if you are interested in a product, why not make a little something just for ordering it?
