Title: Describe yourself in one word

One word I would use to describe myself would be ambitious.

I would say striving. Not sure exactly what I mean but I think confused is too negative and no, I am not really ambitious or I would be willing to commute an hour to work for better pay.

I would say I'm predictable.  My girlfriend would say I am lazy and I do things half (bleep) since I got fired.  She is most likely right I just don't feel like doing much, maybe I am a little depressed.
