some people take drugs and they don't even know what they are taking. I get the chance to talk to a number of people every day. One lady said "I don't know what these drugs are but the doctor said they are good for me." Another lady I talked to said that her husband is starting cancer treatment and will be part of a testing group with placebos. I asked her what type of placebos. She just said " drugs." I asked "what drugs?" She replied "I don't know and my husband doesn't know, but my husband will take them."
How many "sheep" are there still out there?"

I imagine there are a lot. People trust their physicians to take care of them. The elderly, especially, see doctors as god-like. They are hesitant to question them, even when things seem wrong.
