After a very long, and rough winter, Spring is here in the city and soon, Summer! Most of the schools here will be in session for longer than normal which will give me somewhat of a reprieve from the madness boredom will bring.
What types of Summer programs are in your area? There use to be free day camps here, when my oldest was younger...they seem to have disappeared. Too many kids, without anything to do doesn't help our crime statistics. What do you do to keep kids, tweens and teens occupied?

It's been feeling a lot like summer the last couple of days with the ever changing weather every week.

Yes it is and I am ready for it. I love the sunshine and the warm weather and so much more that it brings.

Yaaaasss! I'm so ready!

I don't have to deal with kids summer issues, but I think that many churches offer Vacation Bible Schools for free or very little. Can't think of anything better to establish some morale in the young ones.

It can't get here soon enough. We have uncovered our pool but all we can do is run remote control boats in it. LOL

Good for you, there was still freezing rain here last night, after few warmer days
