After struggling for a week and eating carbs and sweets that were not on my weight loss program, I only gained 1.3 pounds. I am glad I was still drinking my water and doing so type of exercise. I thought I would have gained about 5 pounds.
Now I am working on getting myself back on track.
If you are on a weight lost program, how are you doing? have you had any carb/sweet withdraws? ??? :D

I started with my weight loss program on February 15th. I did not get on the scale yet. I am waiting for 90 days to pass before I check my weight. I know it will be good news because I feel that I am losing weight.

I'm on a weight loss program too. I think every now and then something comes up and you cheat a little. As long as you get right back to it you usually will do little damage. It's work and the older you get the harder weight comes off but if you establish good habits ( drinking water, exercise, watching the amount you eat. ) you will succeed in the end.

Congrats! I saw a big difference after changing my eating habits to healthier eating, most effective way! Working out really helps too but when you combine that with a healthy diet the results are most effictive

I am trying to lose weight too by running 2.5 miles every day and eating only three meals with no desserts and no snacks in between meals plus taking green coffee bean extract 1/2 hour before meals. But this doesn't seem to be enough to lose weight. I am going to have to add something to this regimen to accomplish weight loss.

You can really eat anything in moderation and lose weight. I lost weight about 30 pounds one summer eating fast food and junk every day. I've also not lost weight eating healthy all the time
Usually if you're constantly depriving yourself of what you really want you just end up binging on it so it's best to just include it in a healthy diet

I know it's hard sometimes and you need a break. Good for you, back on the road.

I think I may start trying to lose weight again! I just feel so much better without this extra weight on me.

I am not in a weight loss program, but I am trying to lose weight.
I started walking 5 months ago and so proud to say I have already lost 46 pounds. First I started walking 3 times a week, then daily. Since the weather was nice, I would walk 4,5,6 and like 2 times went crazy and walked 7 miles. LOL! Now that the weather is getting hotter, I will walk 2.5 - 3 miles daily. ohhh but no walking on weekends.
No diet just eat as I always eat. Of course, I don't eat much sweets or fried food. I do try to drink plenty of water every day. Will try to lose 50 pounds more.
Feeling much better and my blood pressure is getting back to normal.

I am currently not on a diet but need to start again, I found that if I weighed myself daily that helped, because if I as losing then I was doing something correctly, if I was gaining I knew I had to adjust something.
Carbs and Sweets are so hard to ignore tho :(

I am constantly trying to lose weight. I am a stress eater and just went though a very stressful year. Still it is time to pay the piper and I am starting a weight loss program tomorrow. I am going to eat healthy, fruits and veggies and lean protein. Now is a good time to do it since all the local fresh produce will soon be in season.
As for exercise I will have to find something that is easy on my knees.
