Eclipse tonight...anyone going to try to stay up and see it or just see photos? And no, I don't think this has a relation to any crazy apocolyptic stories...
-
This is the first I'm hearing about it. Is it supposed to be visible everywhere? What time?
-
I would love to stay awake and see it but it's going to happen rather late I think (2 am?) and unfortunately I have to wake up at like 6 to get ready for work! But I'm hoping to see some great photos from it!
-
I will probably just look at the pictures online tomorrow because it is cloudy here and probably would not be able to see it anyway.
-
I hope to get to see it but I don't think bour weather is gonna let us
-
Its snowing here, so wont be seeing any moon :( Would of been cool tho
-
I am going to try and stay up didn't even know about it until I looked at the forum. This means I need to start watching the news more.

I would be interested, but the weather I'm located never gives very good sky views for anything. I only briefly saw a lunar eclipse I think last year, but the quality was poor and very infrequent inbetween clouds.
-
I hope to see it.
-
I went out and tried to see it,but it was too cloudy. The sky looked purple though!
-
Yeah, I missed it too...there will be another one in October though, so hopefully the timing will be better...too cloudy here.
-
It probably was seen in some states where the weather was rather nice, but it was rainy here all day yesterday. Actually, I have never heard of a "blood moon". ??? ??? ??? :rainbow:
-
I wasn't able to see it because of the weather, but I've seen a blood moon before and it's cool.
-
I didn't stay up to see it but I saw the pictures this morning on the news and they were beautiful.

I did not know about an eclipse. I might take a picture depending on how late it is. I would like to see it though. Always like to watch them.

I was sleeping, but I checked my local news website and some people took pictures. It was beautiful. I hope to see the next one.
-
It was cloudy and raining here last night so I didn't try to stay up to see the moon. Did anybody else see it?
-
I saw some pictures, but it was raining and cloudy here..And I couldn't seem to stay awake past midnight..the pictures I saw looked really beautiful...
-
This the first time I hear of blood moon. I also heard that the blood moon was also mentioned in the bible.
-
I tried to stay up, but it slipped my mind......sorry i missed it.....
-
I would have loved to have seen it, but it was cloudy here. We got another soaker last night. I hope it washed some of the pollen away.
-
This is the first I have heard of this. I'd love to see something like this. Thanks for the info.
-
I seen it as it happened. It took about a hour but it was nice. Here the sky's were clear not too many clouds.
-
I Missed that. i was not feeling well. Got cold due to very bad weather.
-
I saw the blood moon on 4/15/14 at 12:00 a.m.. Thank You!
-
Yeah, guess it actually happened, seems the photos published all verify the fact, so what is the big deal about this happening? I know, it caused global warming! :)
-
I saw it in the news and it looked like a regular eclipse to me.
-
We could not see it either. Too many clouds and rained most of the night down south. Cold front pushed through.
-
Thanks for telling us. I caught it. I wanted to get a photo, but just couldn't pull it off.
-
I saw it and it was gorgeous. It went from 11 to 2 am here. You could see a planet and a bright star next to it here too very clearly. Nature is cool.
-
Too cloudy where I am to see it.
-
We saw the moon through the clouds disappear and then come back, but no blood.
-
It was cloudy here and cold and at 3am. Three combos that don't go together.
-
too cloudy here
-
I was going to stay up to see it, but I was too tired. It was raining so I probably wouldn't have been able to see it anyway.
-
Had forgotten about it so thanks for the reminder. I don't have to stay up to see it because I am a night owl and stay up extremely late 1 - 3 am anyway. It would be neat to see.
-
I missed it due to clouds but have seen it in the past and it was pretty special then!
-
I'm usually up that late and kept peaking out to see what I could see, but the weather didn't cooperate. It kept raining off and on, but even when the rain was off, it was still too cloudy to find the moon. I wish I could have seen what a blood moon was all about!
-
I woke up at 3:42 am which was a bit too late to see the total eclipse, but did see the moon covered in shadow by about 3/4. The color of the moon was more dusty orange than blood red. Perhaps the color depends on dust in the atmosphere.
-
Since i stayed up studying until 4 am on the blood moon i was able to catch a glance at it but were i was there was a bit a cloud coverage.
-
I saw it. I didn't have as clear or as good of a view I would have liked but I did get to see it fairly decent I think. I typically miss out on events like this and meteor showers too. I didn't get to see the comets that passed by not too long ago either so I was pretty pleased that I actually got to see as much of this eclipse as I did. :D
-
I tried to see the blood moon eclipse. I stayed up to see it despite having a class @ 8am the next day. I couldn't see it though because it was too cloudy outside. :/
-

I had a similar experience because there were a lot of clouds in my area. The only difference is that where I live the sky looked a reddish-orange color.
-
I opened this to find out what a Blood Moon is and now that I know I'll wait for tomorrow to see it when there are pictures on the internet...
-
I had heard that there was going to be a Blood moon that night, so I kept on looking out my window and I never saw it...I guess it was to foggy out
-
It was raining here, so I was not able to see it anyways. I checked out some pictures online and it's beautiful. I definitely would have loved to have seen it in person.

well... The prophecy is real... Everything is happening just like it is supposed to...Mark Blitz and John Hagee speak of a lunar tetrad as representing a fulfillment of Biblical prophecy. After all, the moon is supposed to turn blood red before the end times, isn’t it? As described in Joel 2:31 (Common English Bible):
The sun will be turned to darkness, and the moon to blood before the great and dreadful day of the LORD comes.

I didn't see much, but the location I'm at hardly ever gets all the special bells and whistles I hear on seeing including meteor shower or a solar eclipse. Even a lunar eclipse a couple years ago it was only briefly before all the clouds started to settle in.
