Title: this is getting ridiculous
Post by: JohnPi on April 23, 2014, 06:05:57 pm
For the third time in little over a week, I've had my survey credit revoked. And in the same timeframe I finished two other surveys only to not have them credit. That sort of thing is starting to happen way too often.

That is strange.  Are you talking about surveys that you have currently done or old ones?  Did you know you only have 180 days from the completion of any offer to cash out on it or they do expire?  Are they old surveys?  I do not want to imply anything negative at all, but other than that, are you doing them carefully and correctly?  Surveys can revoke if they think that you answers do not make sense or that you contradict yourself or if they think you have rushed through them and just click, click, clicked to get to the end.  If you are giving your honest feedback to the surveys, submit a support ticket.  It may or may not help, but there is that chance.  I say may or may not, because if FC does not get credit for your survey, they cannot credit you.  That, unfortunately has happened to me.  I have messed up on the very last page of a survey and the whole survey did not count, and, oh well, if FC did not get credit for my survey all I could do is keep pushing through.  I do feel for you and wish you luck in your continued endeavors with the site.  There is so much here that although maybe more time consuming a bad survey or two is easily overcome with other offers.  I know it stinks to think that one survey could equal a hundred paid videos, but the money is here.

I am sorry about what is happening to you, but, again, good luck to you in your ongoing efforts.

I've had surveys denied and also expire. There is a difference. When you do not follow through with the survey afterwards (some ask you to try things or do things at home) then that is when they will deny the amount. You have 180 days to cash out or they will expire.

I got rejected for this survey and I thought it was unfair since this survey was r-routed to me when I did not quality for other survey I have taken. If I knew about it, I would have never taken this survey the first place and the sponsor never emailed back to me to do a follow-up survey.

At first I thought surveys were better than tasks, but overall if you find the right tasks you WILL make money, where you have NO idea where you stand on surveys.  I'm glad we get paid for trying.

It happened to me once and it was frustrating.

These were surveys I took in the past couple of weeks. The credit was revoked; it didn't expire. And I know it's not Fusion Cash's fault.

Still, I take care while doing surveys. I will even quit them if I don't think they are a good fit. So it's frustrating when credit is revoked. And to have it happen three times in a couple of weeks is upsetting.

I find doing tasks is much better than wasting time on surveys.

I had that happen to me before. I understand where you coming from. Are you answering surveys truthfully and taking your time. Speeding through surveys will get your credit revoked.

Like fjaz1 and keauhou suggested, you might try doing more of the Daily Tasks. Once you really get the hang of doing them, you can actually make quite a bit if there are enough to choose from during the month. A while back I had about 3 months in a row that I made a BUNCH doing tasks!!

Surveys can be frustrating!  But they can also be very beneficial in the long run..... you just have to keep with it!

I have noticed that with the surveys, they are hard to qualify for. Also, it takes a while to qualify and then the survey is not for me. Sometimes, on rare occasions, I do get to complete a survey and get credited for it. I only had one thing revoked. I forgot what it was.

I have had a decent number of survey credits get revoked, and they are for OLD ones. Ones I did a month or longer ago. It seems unfair that that can happen, but as far as I know, nothing can be done. This is a fairly recent issue, the last few months. I have been here for many years and up until recently NEVER had not even ONE survey credit rejected. HOWEVER, there are a lot more available surveys than in the past.

I might be lucky. I do not find a lot of survey I qualified for.

I do them here and there, but not often, since I usually
do not qualify.

There are a lot of other ways of making money here.

I know surveys pay more, but I make most of
my money with Radio Loyalty and Videos.

That happens to me too. Just the other day in fact. I completed a survey and was credited. Within 24 hours, I was getting an email from FC, stating that payment for that survey had been revoked because the Company that I did the survey for denied payment to FC. FC did not know exactly what the reason was, but since FC didn't get paid, then I couldn't get paid as well. It is not Fc's fault, but if they don't get paid, then how can I? :monkey:

there must be problems at fusion. I am getting surveys on another site which Im almost cashed out on plus a 25 cent bonus for each survey I complete. not every survey takes there either but if it doesn't they look at your account and credit you for it. they say its the survey site itself that does not connect at the end of some surveys. they get all your information though, and try not to credit you sometimes. I also think they there can be hackers attached to some because my virus scan has warned me twice that the scanner was hacked or disabled. it made a patch to one of those. the nosey nosey people just might have real hackers working for them. I would suggest you always use your clean up after having been on these sites. run your file clean up and then run a scan. then shut down as it dumps everything that has been deleted by the file clean up. it will amaze you you can collect 30 threats in one hour from working on here.

I like most surveys, even though I don't qualify for some I find them to be my best money maker. The tasks are not my thing. The only trouble I have had with a survey that upset me was 2 times after I had finished the survey it said I would not be paid because I finished it too fast! really!

Yep, it does happen. Just have to slow down a bit and take your time. Some people like you are probably fast readers, so you can get through a survey a little more quickly, but unfortunately the market research company sees it as someone trying to rush through a survey when that's really not the case. Sorry that happened to you! :(

I rarely qualify for surveys, and when I do, it is very frustrating to have the $ revoked.  I learned a long time ago not to let it get me down.  I only do the FC surveys, so I get .01 even if I am DQd and on the few occasions I have had the $ revoked, I just moved on -- sometimes hard to do when you're frustrated!

I have definitely seen an increase in revoked surveys in the last couple of months.

I've never had a survey credit revoked, but I've gotten sc*rewed plenty in getting the credit - like today.  I completed a MyThoughtCounts survey about Politics and never got the credit for it.  THAT kind of thing is getting REALLY OLD!
