They've made it into a sport where I live (northeastern KY).  Our local high school cheerleading squad holds the record for most National Championships.  The University of Kentucky cheerleaders holds the record for most NCAA National Championships!  Championship cheerleading must run in the KY blood like the championship racehorses do!

I think it is. I was a cheerleader in jr. high and it used to exhaust me!

Im not really sure but My 7 yr old granddaughter loves it
