I like goat cheese. I wonder what does Buffalo milk cheese is like.

One of my favorite cheeses is smoked Gouda. I also love to put shredded mozzarella in many of my salads :rainbow: :rose: :peace: :wave:

My two favorites are Pepper Jack cheese and Wine Cheddar.

I like almost all cheese's but one i know i do not like is blue cheese its just very werid to me and it dosent have the greatest smell to it.

I like Swiss cheese, American cheese, Munster cheese, Provolone cheese, Mozzarella cheese and many others.

Think my favorite has to be blue cheese.

I like a lot of different cheeses: gouda, munster, brick, wounderbar, cheddar (mild and sharp), colby, farmer, baby swiss, provolone, havarti, asiago, parmesean, feta - and others.
I'm not a huge fan of blue cheese, limburger or the cheeses with pepper in them. I'm also not a fan of the processed "American" cheese.

Blue cheese is the only cheese I have tried that I did not like. I seem to like pretty much all of them.

Most cheese is great. I really don't like American sliced cheese or string cheese. Any really fake tasting thing like that. I love blue cheese with hot wings, celery, or carrots yumm. I love pepperjack on burgers. I try to limit my intake for health reasons but it's hard. I LOVE cheese.

I don't have a favorite cheese, I just like every cheese out there.

I have never eaten a cheese I did not like. However my favorite cheese is Stilton (blue cheese). There is another cheese I really like but I can't remember what it's called. It's white and it has chopped apricots in it - I love that mix of sweet and savory. It rather reminds me cheddar and pineapple or cheddar and golden delicious apples! Umm

I really don't have a favorite cheese. I mostly eat sharp cheddar cheese and mozzarella...I like the real cheese.

I like Swiss, Gouda, Muenster, American, cheddar, Monterey Jack, Parmesan, and I am sure there are others I can't think of at the moment.

Yes please to cheese! I like all kinds of cheeses. It just depends on what I'm making to eat. I like pepper jack in eggs, parmesan in sun-dried tomato pesto, and blue cheese in salad to name a few. One cheese I don't think I would ever try is limburger because of the smell.

I like most cheese if it is not fake , but my favorite is blue cheese and the feta. Hubby turns up hie nose at both. So I mainly get it when we go out.

Since I live in a state that is known for its cheese (Wisconsin), it is hard for me to make one choice because I am a big cheese lover. I guess I would have to go with one of the stand-bys, and that would be cheddar.

I like how the question was phrased as to what kind of cheese do we like instead of if we like cheese; I guess that's a foregone conclusion that most people enjoy at least some type of cheese! I also like all kinds of cheese that it's hard to just say which kind is my favorite. Partially it depends on how it's being used... Cheddar or Swiss to snack on, colby or jack for sandwiches (although cheddar and Swiss are also good on sandwiches as long as they aren't too overpowering), bleu cheese for salads or along with wings, parm. or mozzarella for Italian dishes etc. However I don't really care for American cheese or any cheese loafs like pepper jack (I actually really dislike pepper jack as it tastes fake to me; I'd rather have a "plain" cheese like a marble jack and then put on actual hot peppers to give my sandwich an extra kick). There's a local liquor store (owned by a grocery chain) that has a wine tasting just about every Saturday, and for the tasting, they'll get a cheese tray from the grocery's deli, so they usually offer some really interesting cheeses like cheese with various spices in them, or fruity ones. Sometimes after sampling one of those cheese, I'll buy a block from the store to take to my family's house as an appetizer.

Oh, CHEESE!! I love Mozzarella, Ricotta (both have to be "whole milk" or it just tastes like melted plastic), Locatelli, Feta, Swiss, American (white or yellow), Asiago, Cheddar... I'm sure there's a whole lot more but I can't think of them offhand. I am such a big cheese eater and coming from an Italian background, we eat plenty of it.

Swiss is my favorite, followed by cheddar. I am somewhat fussy about cheeses and really dislike processed "cheese" that is made from corn oil.

I like alot of different cheeses Cream Havarti, Gouda, Munster, Cheddar even "american" lol which I'm not sure is really cheese - I also like bleu cheese on a hamburger and in salad dressing. Now what "animals" those relate to I do not know and to my knowledge have never had buffalo cheese.

I really like a sharp cheddar. and there is this whiskey cheddar that it really delicious and I just tried a really nice smokey cheese.. that was incredible...

My favorite kind she is: cheese from Oregon the sharp is very good at so is the pepper Jack!. I go to the cheese factory sometimes in Tillamook and have free samples and take a tour very good!

I love any kind of cheddar. Especially aged white cheddar. I also like mozzarella and parmesan cheeses.

there are not many cheeses I dont like. Swiss while I eat it, is one of my less favorites, especially if its sharp

There are not many cheeses I don't like. I know I don't like blue cheese and have never had goat's cheese, but I don't think I would like it.

I really like most any kind of cheese but my favorite is sharp cheddar followed by plain old American, Velveeta and Swiss.

I think I'm crossed with a mouse. I love ALL cheeses, even limburger. I need to put cheese on just about everything I eat. I even make a dish with noodles which I boil, and then melt 3 kinds of cheeses, extra sharp, Swiss, and White American. The cheeses I use are not fresh, they're older, usually just left over pieces that you can't be used in any other dish. I then add a tablespoon or more of Marie's Blue Cheese Dressing to make the cheeses "smooth" and not "clumpy." I don't make it too often because it's really fattening.

Having Lactose Intolerance the only cheese I can eat is Swiss which I love and Parmesan. But I always loved cheese of every kind until I couldn't eat them any more.

goat cheese, american cheese, havarti cheese also depends with how you eat with omelets my favorite is american cheese for pizza i love goat cheese and plain i like havarti but in general I LOVE CHEESE its my biggest weakness

I don't drink milk so I eat lots of cheese to get my dairy product that my body needs. My favorites are Kraft American singles, mild cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese and Velveeta cheese.

I love Cheddar. The other cheeses it really depends what um pairing it with. These forums are making me hungry. I need a spinach salad with feta please!

I have never tasted Buffalo milk cheese. I do love cheese though. My absolute favorite is Provolone, Mozzarella, Swiss Monterrey Jack oh and I really like Brie. I also really love cream cheese, I love the smooth texture.

I like all kind of cheese, except for blue cheese. I can't stand the smell of that cheese.

I like feta cheese in my salads but i really like Munster cheese on my meat sandwiches for lunch, i will eat almost any kind of cheese expect i know i do not like blue cheese very much!

I like Swiss cheese and Kraft cheddar, some mozzarella every now and then.

I like most cheeses, my favorite for munching with crackers I Havarti. My favorite for sandwiches is baby swiss and for mac and cheese it is the good old American comfort food velveeta with a little cheddar mixed in.

I don't really have a preference as most cheese to my taste buds are the same. For that I think the only ones that I have ever tried are Swiss cheese, American, and Provolone. I have never tasted string cheese before but I am pretty sure it tastes the same.

i love all kinds of cheese. we recently took a day trip to Wisconsin and they had so many differnt cheese. some i had never even heard of and i so wanted to try it all but couldnt however i did get some really good Gouda.

I like sharp Cheddar cheese the best. I could by a small block of it and have it eaten before the day is over. I also like a lot of cheese on my cheese pizza. Hope everyone has a good day and may God bless each of you and keep you safe. :) :)

I like mild and sharp chedder, colby cheese and mozzerella. I also really like the cracker barrel block cheese they sell in the grocery stores. That type is awesome.

I like to consume cheese along with other food. My fave is mozarrela on pizza, and mexican cheese on mexican food.

I've never tried goat cheese :o
I like cheddar cheese and havarti cheese (I think I spelled it right). On my sandwiches I like Provolone. :P

I like just about every type of cheese that I try! I really enjoy when I get a chance to eat both Pepper Jack cheese and also Swiss cheese

I like all types of cheese, except blue cheese. I'm just not a fan of that stuff. But I think Smoked Gouda is probably my favorite.

I like a wide variety of cheeses, not sure if I have tried goat cheese in the past...I like american, colby jack, sharp cheddar, to name a few.....
