Post by: Gerianne on May 18, 2014, 08:34:13 am
Do you have breakfast at around 8 A.M. and a big meal at 3PM?

No, we usually go out for breakfast Sunday around 9, then I always make a big dinner around 5.  My girls and their families come over for Sunday dinners.

We had coffee and doughnuts yummy.  Just now it is 11:29 a.m. and put the pork butt in the crockpot and set it on low.

I like bigger breakfasts to start the day, and less at dinner. since sleeping later. less calories burned.

A quick bite before church, then maybe sandwiches at home and a nice meal later, or a cookout later, 3-4ish and done for the night.

Some Sunday mornings (not all), I have a bowl of cereal, but this morning I ate a slice of bologna.  We had fellowship at the church today and I ate turkey necks, neck bones, salisbury steak in gravy, dressing, and sweet potatoes.  I then had a Sprite and am going to have a slice of sweet potato pie, since my hubby bought a cake for the fellowship and didn't get a slice of it for me.  Later on, I may have some spaghetti.   :rose: :rainbow:

We usually only have coffee when we first get up. Hubby gets nauseated if he eats in the morning, but I usually have something by 8-9 a.m., either a bowl of Special K with Red Berries, a very fattening bagel with cream cheese, an omelet (depending on how hungry I am), PB&J with banana, or just yogurt.

At lunch, it's BK, McD's, Long John Silver's, or a sub. Then we have a big meal for dinner around 7 p.m. Today I'm making a bear roast and gravy with smashed taters, honey glazed carrots, and corn. I made a caramel apple bundt cake for desert.

Can you tell we're not diet conscious?  ;D

Because my hubby works nights and has the opposite schedule of my daughter and I, we (daughter and I) usually have some toast or cereal in the morning. Sometimes we make an omlette or French toast. The snack during the day if we get hungry. Then around 5, before my hubby goes to work, we have dinner. Tonight it is crockpot lasagna and fresh homemade bread (I just took it out of the oven and it smells wonderful!)
