Title: Radio Loyalty Glitch?
Post by: pstovall on May 26, 2014, 07:50:34 am
I have been listening to RadioLoyalty all morning without a problem.  Then, all of a sudden, I got a message,

"Thank you for your listening, however we only allow 1 player to be open at a time."

I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong because I only have ONE player going!  Since I was using my desktop, I went to check if I had left it open on my laptop, but had not.  I tried rebooting and that didn't work either.  I've tried reopening RL several times, but that doesn't help either.  I've closed out everything on my computer except the browser that I am using. I've tried using a different browser.  Nothing works.  Has anyone else had this problem?

I do Radio Loyalty everyday. After reading this I went to do it and I did not encounter any problems at all. Sorry you are having issues with it. I really don't understand why it is not working properly for you.

Well, Well, I did 1 radioloyalty and went back to what I was doing. Now that I am done there I went back to raidoloyalty and I am getting the same message as you are. I am now convinced that radioloyalty is having problems. I will try later in the day.

I first said I did not have a problem with it and then I did have the same issue as you when I went into it a second time. I decided to restart my computer and not it works once again. Maybe you should try that. Good luck.

Thanks cash609 and hkckk5 for your input.  It's comforting to know that I'm not the only one experiencing this difficulty.  Now, at least, I can quit stressing about what I'm doing wrong.  I did try restarting my computer, a couple of hours ago and again now, after reading hkckk5's comments, but it did not help the problem for me.  FC is really good about taking care of its members, so I'm sure it will be taken care of, one way or another.

This morning RadioLoyalty is back to normal!!!!  I'm so glad.  At first it wouldn't work on either my laptop or desktop.  After one day I was able to get it on the laptop, but not the desktop.  Now, it's back on both. I missed it while it was gone.

That happened to me the other day. Not sure  but it continued for the rest of the day.

You are very welcome pstovall. I am glad it is working right because it is one of the things I do everyday on here. I totally agree with you. FusionCash does take care of it's members. Have a great evening.
