Title: A Day At The Park

Today I went to a park that I used to go to a long time ago. It reminded me when I was younger ( in the 20's). I ran one full lap of the park. I noticed that there are a few changes in the park. It looked beautiful. I want to bringmy children there soon. It is a great plate for family picnic and to relax.

i love going to the park and watching everything in bloom and the kids i love watching them play

I may just have to visit the park myself tomorrow. I also haven't gone in a long time and I think taking the time to enjoy the outdoors is great for anyone.

Most Saturdays I go to the park with my nieces and it does brings back memories of childhood only sad part is I'm way to big for the swings and slides now xD
