Title: Here's a Dunkin Doughnut question??????????

Why does DD's have a tip jar? I mean we walk up to the counter, then wait, and then take our order when it is brought to us....can anyone please explain????????? :dontknow:

i use to work for dunkin donuts and we got tips for serving people at the counter but never had a tip jar

There are a lot of places with tip jars.  I guess it's for them giving you your order.

a lot of fast food store have them I have seen them at taco bell subway coldstone creamery. They even make up like songs when you put money in the tip jar at coldstone

I would NEVER EVER GO TO DUNKIN!!! DOUGHNUTS!! AGAIN!!! worst service ever Doughnuts are mostly left overs from the day before well that's how it is in LA the ones I go to.

I've seen tip jars at DD's before, in fact I've seen tip jars almost anywhere that you buy food. Ice cream windows all most always have tip jars. They get minimum pay so they hope to supplement that income.
