Do you pay in cash, credit, debit, etc.?

I mainly use my debit card when I shop. I try not to carry cash because I would spend it on things that I don't need, and I don't use credit cards because I don't want to pay for something after I've used it, or ate it. But if I go to Target, I will use cash. I'm still uncomfortable with that store because of the incident they had last year.

I will use either cash or debit cards. One of my debit cards is from PayPal, and I receive cash back.

i try to use cash 99% of the time only use my debit card or credit card if needed

I try to use credit card as far as I can, since I have the choice to dispute and when someone steal it, I can have my money back

99.9% of the time I use my debit card. So much easier than carrying cash....

I only use cash because then I know that it has been paid for. I don't believe in debit or credit cards for the last 20 years. I won't have one and I know I will not have them in my future.

I use debit. If I have cash it seems to disappear and I don't even know where it goes. I seem to be more accountable with the debit card.

It's usually my debit card, but if I have the cash, I use that. Have to be very frugal now.

I like to use credit most of the time. I think it is just easier to pay one bill a month. I have been spending cahs lately. I am so disapointed that it disappears so fast. Too bad we don't have money trees!

I pay cash for everything that I purchase. Not sure if there are many people out there left like me, but I have managed to function quite well without ever obtaining a credit card so far in this lifetime. :)

I use my debit card for most everything but while I was on vacation I used mainly cash. I used my debit card only twice in the 1 1/2 weeks I was on vacation; once at Walmart and once at a large dept. store. I try to be vigilant about turning my debit card over to waiters, etc. since I've had 2 borthers that got their info. stolen after dining in a restaurant.

For larger shopping trips, I normally pay with my credit cards and then transfer money from my checking account pay off my purchase when I get home. I usually use my debit card for smaller purchases.

Because of my rewards I mostly use my card, in other areas I'll use cash.

I almost always use credit cards if possible so I can get cash back rewards. Not all places take cards so then I would use cash.

I always use debit because as others have said I tend to not think about using cash as much but I keep close tabs on my checking account balance and really consider if I need to spend the money. I don't use credit cards because my credit is in poor condition and I really don't ever want to deal with credit again.

I pay most of the time in Credit over cash.

I mostly use my credit card so I can get points for every dollar I spend. It adds up fast. :thumbsup:

I pay some bills with checks, some online and I do most of my shopping with my debit card. It is so much easier to use the debit card instead of writing a check.

I try to use a credit card whenever I can because it gives cash back on all my purchases and you have some protection if a deal goes south and you want to return the product and get your money back. Plus they don't charge you if somebody else steals your card number and buys something with it.

HAHAHAHAHH LOL. That reminded me of when I was about 12 and my Daddy told me that money did not grow on trees. It was a real eye opener! HA HA HA. I almost always use my debit card, I get cash back on it and it helps me to keep track of what I spend.

i almost always use debit card. i seldom have cash on me anymore and it's easier to keep up with how much money i have with the debit card
