Title: Mindfield Online Panel not credited

I did the Mindfield Online Panel survey and did not get credited. It shows up and as not credited. I completed the sign up and confirmed my email. Has this happened to anybody else?

I emailed them. I was told from Mindfield that they cannot help me. On FusionCash's website they state this sometimes happens.

You might want to contact "Mindfield Online."  They may be able to help you.

I had the same experience but I have never contacted them.  I don't like excuses.

I did the join up and the first survey when it was under FC and never got credited for joining and doing a survey. that was a couple weeks ago.
