Title: What do you like on your hot dog?

Post by: bremer51 on July 08, 2014, 05:24:59 pm: On my first hot dog I would sauerkraut, onion, and ketchup. On my second hot dog I would have chili, shredded cheese and onion. On my third hotdog (if I make it that far) I would have crushed pineapple and sauteed red and green peppers. Yum.

I love chili and cheese. Nothing like a chili cheese dog. However, in Tennessee I like the way they serve theirs with coleslaw. It is really good for a change.

Post by: yaayme on July 09, 2014, 11:34:15 am: I prefer bratwurst over hot dogs, but the times I do eat them, I like mustard, ketchup, onion and jalapeno peppers (the kind in the jar) on mine. Oh...one thing I hate about hot dogs are the nasty buns. I wish someone could make sour dough or french/Italian bread hot dog buns.

When we lived in N.C. we used to get hot dogs with just about everything except the kitchen sink lol they put cole slaw and chili on them too.

The Sabrett onions in the sauce with some hot sauce added also great on hot dogs.Love just about anything on them...NOOOOOOOOOO mayo!!!
