Title: superrewards video

Anyone else having problems with superrewards videos? They never credit for me and tend to be quite long.

Yep, never been credited yet for the first one and they are really long. Such a shame too, there are so many of them I hate losing all of those.

Can't even watch them. Screen is blank - no video. Been like that every time. Using a different browser doesn't work, neither does deleting history, cache, cookies, etc. Tried everything, doesn't help.

I also watched several of these videos and never got credit. As far as I know, no one has been credited for these videos. And, yes, they are long. I have stopped watching them. If they ever begin to credit, I would be glad to go back to watching them.

Yes I have had them don't give credit but hoping the credit will come later.  This one I am doing is over 46 minutes long that is to long for .01 cent and than not get credit for it.

I, as well have the same problem It don't seem fair. I try to avoid doing these videos. :monkey:

I tried these when they first showed up and nothing.  Then I tried testing one a day to see if they started crediting, still no luck.  Now they are there for a while and after I finish the matomy videos they disappear! Guess I didnt want to look anyway!

Same here I do them and they never reward you back it is frustrating but what can you do

I submitted a support ticket, I'm keeping my fingers crossed maybe it will get worked out.
