The easiest meal that I can make is Lasagna, and spaghetti...I think that these two are an easy meal for anyone to make
-
Easiest meal?
That is a hard one because there are so many easy meals out there... Even some that are easy that you can add your own touch to.. I guess the easiest meal you can make is smacking some lunchmeat in between two pieces of bread and wala LOL.. Or is that actually not considered a meal?

Easiest meal - asian stir fry. It takes about 10 mins. to cook. Most of the time is in the prep because you have to slice the chicken breast real thin, slice the peppers and onions and chop the garlic. From there it's all down hill.

One favorite that I haven't made in a long time is a recipe that I got from my mother. It's for a pineapple nut cake. What makes it so simple is that I just dump all the cake ingredients into the pan, mix, and put in the oven. No using separate bowls and then combining. I also make a cream cheese frosting to go with it. That was one of the first cakes I learned how to make. So delicious and so easy.

The easiest meal I can make is sloppy joes. We learned to make them before we made hamburgers. I make the original kind with onions, drain and use ketchup and, if I feel like adding anything else, barbecue sauce. So I don't use Manwich sauce. If you can boil water, you can learn to cook.   :rainbow: :rose:

I guess would it would have to be lunch because at lunch you can make a sandwich and have chips or a pickle with something to drink.

I made a really lovely dish called caramelized chicken wings the other day. It literally was as easy as unbagging the chicken wings, and then placing a marinade of honey, soy sauce, a little tomato ketchup, garlic and a tiny bit of vinegar over the top. I baked for about an hour and a half at a moderate oven temperature, turned half way through and it was delicious. It was the easiest dinner I have cooked in a long time.

Hot dogs w/ mac and cheese. Lip smacking good.

I think that chicken and rice is one of the easiest meals to make. You can add just about anything to chicken to make it good. All you have to do is throw it in the oven with cream of chicken or mushroom soup and add some vegetables or cut up some potatoes and you have a meal.

I would have to say lunch is the easiest because a sandwich and some chips and a couple of cookies is about as easy as anyone can get.
-
With convenience foods available for every meal and snack I think the microwave makes just about anything easy. Other than that PB & J, turkey sandwiches. Ya can't go wrong with some chips and fruit on the side.

I can make breakfast or snack

Ramen Noodles ang Eggs so easy and delicious.

Call Pizza Hut for delivery. Which we very seldom do. Next easiest is hubby grills it. Meat and veggies on it.
-
Cherry Dump
1 can of cherry pie filling
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (8oz) carton of cool whip
Dump all ingredients into a bowl. Mix thoroughly. Chill overnight. Serve as side dish. (Doesn't get easier than that!)

I'm not a genius in the kitchen and I like keeping things simple. I find mashed potatoes with albacore tuna and smart balance a very satisfying meal. I cook for one and I don't like to waste anything. Also, as long as I can eat something that includes protein, carbs and healthy fat I could consider it a meal.

Ditto on the quick sandwich for lunch. Easy to make and leaves little mess; great with chips and my choice in fruit, an apple.

Whenever I don't know what to make for dinner and it's getting late, spaghetti is always the easiest, especially with a good jar sauce, like Barilla. My husband is always happy to have that any time! Add a simple salad and you're done.
