Title: have you ever took something and for got to pay for it

i did once but i went back to the store and paid for it because i felt guilty about it my parents thought us never to steal

No I never try that,I always make sure everything in the basket are out the cashier table because cops are gonna be joking about it,they are gonna arrest you.

i didnt get caught or get arrested the store owner thanked me for coming back to pay for it

I recall one time when I was about 23, I worked at a bank in England. Next door was Boots pharmacy and I loved to go there in my lunch hour and browse through the cosmetics. One time, I picked up a lipstick and carried on browsing. I hadn't picked up a shopping basket because I wasn't sure if I'd actually be buying or just looking. So I carried on browsing and then left the store to return to the bank. When I got into the back and realized I still had the lipstick in my hand, I rushed back to the store to pay for it. I felt terrible, but it was an honest mistake. I was horrified with myself.

We had a food trailer for a long time and traveled all over. But I had bought 100 lbs, of Italian sasuage for the trip and when we about 200 miles away and stopped for the night I was looking over my ticket and found we were not charged enough. Needles to say I was on pins and needles until we got back I paid for it. Our store was always so nice to us , there was no way I would ever cheat them. Besides if you don't  pay for it is like being a thief.

Don't recall taking anything, but I have left some stuff behind after I paid for it. LOL!  :o ::)

No. But here's a funny anecdote. My sister was about 5 and I was 7. We came out of a candy store, but my older sister didn't buy us anything. Then, my younger sister all of a sudden showed us a lollipop. My older sister made her go back, hand the lollipop to the store owner, and say "sorry." We both had a good lesson that day.

Yes, I hung something on my daughter's stroller and did not see it until I got home, we were walking, it was too late to go back but I was really upset about it
