I sleep on my right side and then toss and turn to my left. I find it difficult to sleep on my back or
side or stomach.
-
on my back
-
Mostly on my side. Once in a while on my back. Never on my stomach.
-
Start off on my back and end up on my stomach! :)
-
Start on my back, sometimes end up on right side.
-
I usually turn to my either my right side or my left side. I also can't sleep on my back or stomach.
-
I start from the back side and then move all sides during the night.
-
I start on my back and then on my left side to hug my hubby.
-
I sleep best on my left side, as I have acid reflux have been woken from a sound sleep from acid coming up my throat, sleeping on my left side prevents that
-
On either of my side
-
Toss and turn between each side all night. Try to get on my back but that allows my sleep apnea mask to leak so I have to roll onto one side or the other when that wakes me up. Can't sleep on stomach for sure.
-
I toss and turn on each side and then I sometime end up on my stomach
-
I usually sleep on my right side facing the wall or sometimes on my back
-
I start on my right side but end up on my left when I finally fall asleep. I also sleep with a bunch of pillows, including a body and neck pillow. Very comfortable can't sleep without them.
-
I sleep best on my left side, as I have acid reflux have been woken from a sound sleep from acid coming up my throat, sleeping on my left side prevents that also taking a DGL (Digestive system support) which I buy at the health store will also help. But most of the time I sleep sitting up in a chair.
-
I generally sleep on my back but always, always, always wake up on my left side. I rarely sleep on a pillow (although I put the pillow over my eyes to block light, LOL); for some reason, it is the best position for me to sleep in.
-
I'm a restless sleeper. I tend to start out on my side and wake up on my back most of the time.
-
I am a side sleeper. If I lay on my back more then an hour I end up in pain. But when I am having an asthma attack the back is the best position for me no matter what I prefer.
-
Before I had children, I used to sleep totally on my front with my hands tucked under my tummy and my head to one side. I guess I must have looked like I was on a slalom. When I became pregnant and couldn't lay on my tummy, I started laying in the recovery position and have done so ever since! My son, who is now 10, lays forward with his legs crossed under him. It looks really uncomfortable but that has always been his 'content' position.
-
i typically sleep on my side but everyonce in awhile i sleep on my tummy. since my son has been born i usually sleep on the very edge of my bed because he and my husband are such bed hogs.
-
I kinda start on my side and end up on my back, but if I'm really sleepy I sleep on my stomach.
-
I prefer to sleep on my side but recently my circulation is messed up so my arms will go numb if I do. I have to be wrapped up in my comforter or sleeping bag a certain way or I can't sleep.
-
Mainly I sleep leaning on a body pillow. So a bit on my back and my side.
-
I always sleep on my sides. First, on my left side and then I turn over and go to my right side. I continue this until I fall asleep. The few times I have slept on my back was when I didn't feel good in my stomach. I could never sleep on my stomach.
-
I used to only sleep on my side but here lately I have been waking up with sore shoulders from that position. I have been trying to sleep on my stomach or back b/c of it.
-
I sleep on all sides because I toss and turn. Usually it's whatever is comfortable, even if it's ditching the pillow and putting my face on the edge of the mattress. Sometimes in my sleep, I think I try positions that only a cat could achieve because I wake up sore. :)
-
I sleep on my right side and then toss and turn to my left. I find it difficult to sleep on my back or
side or stomach.
i am a stomach sleeper
-
I mostly sleep on my stomach.

I switch between positions while I'm sleeping.

-
Usually in the fetal position!
-
I sleep on my side
-
Left side, with my right foot curled up under my left leg. It's weird, lol.
-
Although I have no problem falling asleep in any position, I do prefer to sleep on my stomach.
-
I sleep on my side with one foot out
-
I start on my side and usually wake up on my stomach. It depends on which direction my husband sleeps and what possibly could start hurting on me to how I sleep.

-
I am in all positions. I fall asleep on my sides or my back, but usually wake up on my stomach. One thing I'm good at, however, is staying in one place. I'm not a bed hog at all. Maybe it's due to prior partners always taking up all the space.
-
On my side, face right, Is that the healthiest position?
-
I generally sleep on my side or stomach.

i usually sleep on my back because every time I've lay on one of one of my sides my arm gets trapped under neath me some how and it becomes a royal pain to wake up (pretty much goes numb til i move it around a bit)

-
I start out sleeping on the left side. At unknown point during the night I sleep on my back. Then I sleep on my right side and wake up sleeping on my back. So I don't really know if that means anything or not.
-
I guess we all change positions as we sleep. I start out on my back and then go from one side to another. Obviously, I wake up and turn to get more comfortable.

I don't sleep well and this topic is part of the issue. i cannot get comfortable. I am constantly tossing and turning. I also experience pain issues in my joints so right when i get comfortable enough to fall asleep and start to doze off, i need to rotate to another position. sigh....
-
I normally sleep on my stomach. That's pretty much how you'll find me. If I'm sleeping in a car though or on a couch, then all bets are off. Then it pretty much just however I managed to fall asleep.

-
Normally I sleep on my left side ... then shift over to the right .. occasionally on my back ... never on my stomach since I pulled my neck out years ago.
-
I start on my left side, then end up on my right side. I sleep with many many pillows, and a big body pillow between my legs. Also a neck pillow. I love pillows, LOL!
-
I don't have a certain position with all my chronic pain and Fibromyalgia I have to switch around because I can't sleep because I am hurting so bad.

I switch between my back and sides. If I sleep on my sides too long, my arms fall asleep and if I sleep on my back too long, my back hurts the next day. I think it's time for a new mattress!
-
I usually do the back or side, all depends!
-
I am a stomach sleeper for sure.
-
On my side.
-
I don't know how anyone can sleep on their stomach!!! For one, you can't breathe. Secondly, it's believed that it causes weight gain and digestive problems (because your organs are squished).
I sleep on my back.
-
I usually sleep on my back. I toss and turn a bit but still wind up on my back. Of course that doesn't include the 1/2 hour or so I sleep in a chair in front of my PC.

-
I change positions all night long. I usually start out on my side. I like a pillow under my knee; but kick it out after a bit.
-
I don't really have a way to sleep, it all depends on if I have back pain. I sleep on my stomach, any side. I also find it hard to sleep on my back, but sometimes I have to because of pain.

I usually do some break dancing in bed before I fall alseep. It's good that I sleep alone or my partner would feel tortured every night before I fall asleep.
I like being on my side where my arm is stretched up under my pillow. That way my body doesn't smash my neck/shoulder.
The bottom line is....
I land where I land and I celebrate, when I wake up, if I actually CAN sleep.
-
Stomach or sides, never back.
-
I tend to sleep on my sides.
