Title: Volume 11 and radio loyalty

What is volume 11 and why would I be "banned". 
Also I can't get radio loyalty to do anything.

I don't know what volume 11 is . But fill out the form on screen from R l and they will send you an email as to why and /or how to reinstate Rl . Sometimes It takes 2-3 days before you will receive a response
