don't waste your time on ptc, you will not be able to read the captcha

I have not had a problem with ptc..you may want to put a ticket on or check your computer...may just be a glich.  I would try contacting fc first and see if they know what could be causing the problem.  Hope this helps!

I have had that problem in the past. It will correct itself. Try later or the next day. Tomorrow, it will probably be ok.

But, first, try another browser and see if that helps. That has helped me in the past. It is some sort of glitch.

sometimes it happens but eventually you will get a good one. keep trying.

I had that problem yesterday, I hit the reload about 47 times before I got one that I could read.

I do it every day and have had no problems. You do know you can click the recycle to get a new one if you need to.

Yes you can keep refreshing for a new captcha, or use the audio to hear the captcha.

I never seem to have a problem with the captchas, but I delete my history and cookies every night when I shut down my computer so everything usually runs smoothly every day... :thumbsup: :peace:
