Do you fry or hot steam your veggies? I lke to hot steam my veggies because it healthier to eat it that way.

i love my veggies steamed or broiled and garlic and butter on everything

I eat some raw, steamed or cooked on the grill. It is very seldom I fry anything . Oh sometimes I also bake. But prefer the grill in the summer.

I mostly eat them raw. I don't care too much for the taste of cooked vegetables. Especially carrots. I can't remember the brand but they're the steamers and the seasoning is really good. So if it's just right I'll eat them raw.

I steam the majority of my vegetables as this is easy and I think is a bit healthier than other channels. I sometimes grill and fry as well depending on the recipe.

I fry most of mine --i like to fry in butter and mix lots of different kinds together and boy its making me hungry just typing this!! i love me some veggies

I usually steam or saute my veggies. I also cook them with meats and in casseroles.

I eat my vegetables both, stir fried and steamed. Although steamed it better.

I don't eat enough vegetables. I like grilled vegetables when possible. Being lazy though usually means anything I can cook in a microwave.

I boil most of my veggies because I can leave the pot boiling while I take care of four to five tasks. With asparagus I do a light boil, then sautee the asparagus in a little butter and lemon. I also love grilled vegetables. We have a special grilling attachment that is like a basket that holds all of the vegetables. I'll cut up some miniature red potatoes, zucchini (yellow and green), pearl onions, a little egg plant, douse them with oil/garlic and grill them for about twenty five minutes and they come out perfect. Tonight I boiled cauliflower, broccoli and corn on the cob which will probably last us through the week!

I like my veggies steamed as opposed to fried, for me they have a better flavor steamed. It's a personal thing I guess everyone has their favorite way of preparing veggies. ;)

How do I eat my veggies? Let me count the ways: raw, steamed, baked, grilled, fried and slow cooked with garlic and butter. I just love veggies.

Most of my veggies I eat raw, though it sorta depends on the other methods. I used to be better at this but then work sorta took over and it's mostly been fast food. Because of that, my veggies have mostly come in the form of salads.

I change them around. But mostly I'll boiled them more than fry. I don't like to eat oil that much.

I don't eat basils very often. But I think steamed would be best.. Bake is also good and better for you than frying.

I don't have a way to steam vegetables so I can't do that or I would. Sometimes I boil them in a small amount of water. I like to pan/stir fry vegetables and roast/bake vegetables. I prefer these methods versus microwave, but I have to admit most of the time we just microwave them since our vegetables are usually from a can. :confused1:
