For some reason when I try to cash out it doesn't recognize my phone number and requires me to do additional verification. So I printed the cover page and tried to fax my drivers license with it and I cannot get it to go through. It keeps saying the line is busy. Please help!!! This is my first time trying to get payment from FusionCash and I really hope I didn't do all this over the last 6 monthes for no reason!

I really do not have a precise answer, however,
I am going to try to help you.
If the fax line is busy, try another day,
and another time. Eventually it will work.
You can also send a support ticket
by clicking on GET HELP at the top
part of the home page.
Fusion Cash is good at solving issues,
they will let you know what to do.

Thanks for the help nadette. I will try those things. Does everyone have to fax more info in? I'm still a little confused as to why it would not take my phone number.

That's strange. Have you cashed out before? I have been here for many years and never heard of that. I suggest a support ticket.

They have to verify each member is in fact a different person for tax purposes.
Not everyone has to do the fax verification but it does happen. Are you sure that you have the right number? I would double check that first. If you're still having issues you would have to contact support to see what they can do for you specifically
