I gave them my contract-based mobile phone number and it gave me an error message saying pre-paid phones and Skype numbers don't work. I entered the number correctly and gave them the correct phone company, Virgin Mobile. The only alternative is to fax personal documents. Since I live in the 21st century, I don't know how to, and refuse to fax anything to anyone. Why won't they just text me? I don't get what their problem is with my phone number.

Virgin Mobile is prepaid/monthly phone plan not a contract
A lot of businesses still do use Fax and very much live in the 21st century . If you don't have access to a fax machine you'll probably have to go somewhere that does copies and pay a fee to have them do it

That's what I was thinking after I posted this. Oh well, I'll probably just borrow a relative's phone to verify. That will work, won't it?

I have not been able to verify my land line telephone. I understand I can't use a prepaid phone so I was confident my home phone would work with no problems. I sent 2 tickets. Only received a response from the second ticket, however, it was a very speedy response. I was instructed to enter the code on the screen, not my phone pad, but I have nothing coming up where I can enter the code. When my phone rings I see the code and a message at the bottom to click 'Check' after I enter the code. This is sooooooo frustrating. I am about to just forget what I have accumulated because I have serious doubts about faxing my personal info. At this point I also doubt that would even work.
