My favorite is Bruce Campbell, and my favorite movie by him is Army of Darkness. I get a kick out of how over the top and cheesy the film is. It's very funny, and it's something I can watch over and over again.

Who's my favorite actress?  My favorite - actor or actress - is Meryl Streep, because she is simply the best.  My favorite movie?  I couldn't decide between Out of Africa and Sophie's Choice.  She  has such a command of dialects, it is incredible.
