i used candles scented oils and glad air spray but mostly the olis

If I have a choice, I prefer Yankee Candles. Awesome scents! I also like the Scentsy wax melts. Some of them smell really nice!
-
I prefer candles. The scent seems just right and it lasts a long time.
-
I like candles better.....

I mostly only use candles when the electric goes out. I would be very afraid that I would forget to blow out a candle before I went to bed.
-
Candles cause fires, I've lived through one so I try to stay away anything that needs a spark!
-
Because of the strong scents I rarely use any of those. But I have made my own candles using an old oil lamp with some dried fruits and lightly scented lamp oil. works great and I don't have to worry about candles as these have a globe on them. Also works great if the electric goes out.

I never use candles. I'm too afraid I would set the house on fire. I always use Glade Solid Air Fresheners to help keep my home smelling fresh at all times.
-
Air freshener, but I use sentsy pots.
-
I prefer candles, but I sometimes use air fresheners.

I love scented candles. Use them in the winter mostly, when the power goes out. I never can sleep thru an outage anyways, kinda of a fraddy cat! So I check on the candles all night.
-
I don't like candles. I guess I am nervous about fires.
I like the Glade Air Fresheners that spray at intervals.
I have some of the plug in oil fresheners too.
-
use candles mostly
-
I prefer an open window and fresh air.
-
like candles better, but you've gotta be there
-
My preference is always candles, but I also use air freshners.
-
I choose air fresheners so I won't have to worry about anything happening with the fire on a candle.
-
I love to use both candles and air fresheners, depending on my mood and what's going on that day. Sometimes it is also a little safer to use air fresheners around, especially with small children around. I also like to use incense in the home for some variety.
-
You have to be careful with candles as they can leave soot on your walls and ceiling, but I still love them.
-
I mostly use air freshners like glade, febreeze, or airwick.
-
I love both but candles can cause damage (black spots)
-
Yankee Candles are awesome but expensive.
-
I love large scented candles, but the good quality ones can be very expensive, so I don't buy them as often as I would like. I use fragrant oil burners instead.
-
I like candles in the winter and glade in the other months.
-
I like to use air fresheners. Thank You!
-
I used to use candles all the time until one got a little too close to the wall and almost started a fire!! lol
Luckily (it was God) we were all in the room at the time and took care of it quickly! Now no more candles for me!
I use other things, just not candles!! :-X

Fragrances from candles seem to last longer unless the plug-in type of air freshener is used, which allows for a continuous release of scent into the air. Candles are nice for creating a special ambiance at night or for an evening meal. I always keep a generous supply of candles on hand just in case of electrical outages (which has absolutely nothing to do with freshening the air, but just saying...).
-
I prefer scented candles over air fresheners, because candles make the whole house smell good for hours. But I still like to have air fresheners around when the candle is not burning
-
i used candles scented oils and glad air spray but mostly the olis
I love candles. Air fresheners that plug-into the wall are dangerous. Spray air fresheners smell good but are sometimes overwhelming. Candles last a long time after they are extingushed.

I like to use candles during winter time. But in summer time I use air freshener.
-
I use both. Air Fresheners always, but I burn candles at night when I know we are in for the night. I don't burn them in the daytime because once I left the house fir about 2 hours only to find when I came home I had left one burning!

I prefer candles

Depends on the mood; if I need a quick fix I'll spray something, but if I'm feeling serene I will light a scented candle.

Fresh outdoor air is the way to go.
