So far today I've completed a couple of surveys and several videos but haven't received credit for any of them. I've already submitted a support ticket but was just wondering if anyone else is having this problem or if it's just me.

I'm having the same problem with the Tasks crediting. Nothing has credited to my account today. I did get a few DQ bonuses but, after that, nothing.

Krissi26, you are not alone! Most offers are not crediting since early this morning! :turkey:

Same here....videos not crediting, daily tasks not crediting, and searches stopped working for me about a week ago. :(

I have watched a bunch of videos that did not credit.
Hopefully, someone in the Fusion Cash administration
is going to read the forum and do something about it.

Usually they fix the problem and credits are received. I will try back later.

I have had 2 videos credit - HyprMx only (and have watched probably 10) and got one cent for searching even though my toolbar says "maximum search rewards earned" --- something is def. wrong. I hope it gets fixed soon.

Yeah, I did about 50 videos this morning and no credit on any of them. Well that's super.

I suggest to fellow FC members, NOT to do any FC offers till this is fixed! I personally will not. The only thing credited was the 2 cent email and 15 cent PTC. >:(

I watched enough videos for PTC but didn't get the opportunity to do so because none of them credited even though it said they would

The same thing with me! Watched vedios, no crediting. Made a call to paid, no crediting. Completed a survey, no crediting, After finishing the survey it said you got 33c, but nothing shown in the account. >:(

I am in the same boat! Videos, radio loyalty, surveys (well, the penny for getting kicked off of the survey early)--only a few credited and not even enough to do the paid-to-click, even though I should have had enough from yesterday. I cannot tell you how many times I started a video (and especially radio loyalty) only to have it shut down on me just before the award.

Me too! Very frustrating. Was told I made 75 cents on one survey...nothing. And I've done I don't know how many HyperMX Videos....not paying either.

The same thing is happening to me too. Hopefully what isn't crediting right now will later on. That is why I decided to come on the forum to see if other people are having the same problem. I was glad to see this post!

:( No its not just you - none of my video's are crediting so it must be a site issue - hopefully FC will get it resolved and our credit will show up - hope so anyway - good luck to all.

Are you guys going to Fusioncash.com or to Fusioncash.net ?
Here's why I ask. I noticed something interesting today when trying to go to Fusioncash.com. That's the address I usually go to, but it gave me an odd message. So instead I'm going to Fusioncash.net, but nothing is crediting for me either.

If I go to Fusioncash.net, I don't get this same message, however like many have reported today, offers aren't crediting.
I don't know if this helps you diagnose any issues, but I thought it was worth mentioning.
My own technical specs are:
Windows 7
Firefox 31.0
If I try to go to Fusioncash.com using Chrome, I get a download box as well.

Always fusioncash.net - I do not have it bookmarked, I typed it in every day. I do not get a download box, and I am using Google Chrome.

I know that I completed about 6 or 7 tasks before I found out that I did not receive credit for them. I will slow down on completing any more offers or tasks for the rest of the day.

looks like i'm not alone either nothing has crediting except my email today sending in a ticket if only to make FC aware of the issue

Has anybody got a response from RadioLoyalty???? They send me to squirrelgirl44 about typing in the address. I been entering their site for years from fusion cash toolbar and it always sends me to fusion cash.net. Just did another video on fusioncash.net and did not receive credit for it. This is not very good support from customer support

It showed up as unavailable this morning, the site that is on my iPhone. Thought it was weird, had to wait an hour or so and get back on..

I didn't notice that things werent crediting earlier today. I got my daily email and ptc done did 2 videos and tried to do the matomy videos that were there. They played but they were all mixed up, all linked wrong, nothing cleared or credited. So I found a 7 cent task completed that and hoped videos would be straighten out this even. Well the videos were all properly linked and functioning so I went to work, so after quite some time I went to see what I had accumulated and there was nothing except what I did 1st thing this morning. I am going to guess with the mess the videos were they must have had some big crash at FusionCash.

Yes this morning the videos were all mixed up. Click on one, another displayed then jumped to a finish for another (usually the Bordeaux wine one). Then they started acting correctly and I've had several clear through then jump at the end and say they were completed but do not credit. Tried radio loyalty several hours ago but still no credit. The daily email worked and that is it for me. Needed 1 more cent to qualify for the PTC but cannot get anything to credit. ::)

I'm not getting credited either but not too worried... I'm sure FC is looking into it... also FC is good 364 days a year so one day of no credit will not hurt me lol

Yes...I watched so many vids but nothing got credited!! I wonder would we be even get paid for it later on?? or is it just gone :(

I'm having this same problem too. Nothing is crediting today. I did the FC surveys, and the Paid to call offers and not even a single offer or tasks I did is crediting. This is a big problem for many of us.

Same here, I've been listening to the radio for hours with no credit and all the videos I watched didn't credit either. What is going on.

The correct URL for FC is www.fusioncash.net, which will take you to the homepage/registration page. I have the login page pinned in a tab (Firefox), which is www.fusioncash.net/login.php. I don't know how you were able to get to the site using fusioncash.com?? ???

Sorry, IceKitty, but that has nothing to do with what is happening on the site today. They have serious issues which at this point has been going on all day. I don't understand why nothing has been posted by them on the website to warn users that it is on working.

Yeah I just did like six video's and only one credited and there for I can't do the paid to click now what? This is making it difficult, and besides that I watched some of these video's on another website and now I can't do them on here I had no idea that could happen its never happened before.

I am glad to see that I am not the only one experiencing this issue. For me, this occurred around 12:00 PM yesterday (Tuesday). I have been freaking out all day, and then I finally make it to the forum and receive a breath of fresh air (somewhat) from this post. I can only hope that FusionCash will be able to fix this glitch and credit everything to our accounts that weren't credited previously.

The last video's I did that were credited was about 12:30 am (FC time) tuesday morning. 20 cents worth, so I was able to do the Tues PTC and get credit, the email credited too. But when I logged in late this morning none of the offers credit (except ptc and email) Looks like most of us will not be able to do Wed ptc?

Same here.I did like 8 cents worth of vids that didn't credit.I can't access the PTC. >:(

Same here since yesterday videos did not credit, today only the email and that is after I had to go back to FC and re-register for it. I cannot do Paid to click since I do not have enough $$ for it, and I have done like 25 cents worth of videos with no luck. Hopefully FC fix the issue soon, nothing yesterday and nothing today it is frustrating.

That happened to me yesterday morning, in the afternoon they were coming right but not crediting, I did not even received my email this morning, I went back to the email and reregistered for it to get it. Hopefully Fc will fix things soon.

Yep, I'm having the same issue. Today I've attempted around 3 or 4 videos and have not been credited. My next step was to visit the forum to see if there are any other members having the same problem. Looks like I'm in good company. In all likelihood, the problem will be addressed and we should be getting credit. I trust Fusion Cash to come through for us. They always do. So now I'm going to take a break and see what later on brings. :thumbsup:

So this morning I decided to try the website again(And yes I am in the correct website). Played a video and no credit. I put a ticket in yesterday but so far no response. Is this problem continuing for anyone else? Has anyone heard back from support?

I got most of my credits yesterday but today I am not being credited for any Videos and I have watched a bunch!! FC is probably aware of the problems by now so don't guess I need to turn in a ticket. Hope its fixed soon!

Well, there's officially no point in submitting a support ticket. I opened a ticket yesterday when the crediting problems first started. I was very specific in explaining to them that absolutely nothing was crediting and that I wasn't asking them to give me credit for anything they didn't get paid for but that I wanted to bring the problem to their attention so they could look into it. I had hoped to at least receive a response indicating that they were aware of the problem and were looking into it. But instead I just got the standard "We can't pay you if we don't get paid" form letter. I find this extremely frustrating because they didn't even acknowledge that there was a problem! Has anyone else had any luck from submitting a ticket??

I posted in support yesterday concerning no credit for videos but there has been no reply. Since we are not being told anything I am concerned. I did get credit for not qualifying for 3 surveys.

I think FC is well aware at this point of the issue so I don't think we need to be submitting tickets that might actually slow down the solution.

You're not alone fellow members! Last night I completed a survey, watched two videos this morning and have not been credited for any of it. Hopefully the problem will be fixed soon and we'll all get the money we deserve for using FC.

The same thing happened to me. I received some credit today, but no email.

Just got my 35 cents from FC survey yesterday. Credits are starting to come in now. I'm sure they are working on it. For newbies, this is not a common occurrence so do not despair. I'm sure there must be a glitch that they are working on. Be patient.

Today I did receive credit for the offers I completed yesterday. I would have completed more offers if I did not find out that FC was not giving me credit for what I had just finished.

Um yeah, I knew that. I was responding to mawhite regarding her post though. I knew there were site issues....everyone, including me was experiencing it.
