FC does not answer support tickets, except with sorry *bleep* form replies! :turkey:

What is the issue you are having? If it is a problem with receiving credit or captchas (based off your recent forum posts) those are both things that can't be solved by a support ticket or by FC. You may want to read the FAQs for more info about how FC works so you can find how to best earn money.

I agree with skippymcnapper. There are certain things FC can't help with...though I suppose it could be possible for them to raise the issue with their affiliate?
Also, I find FC's support only responds to tickets during typical business hours; so far, I haven't received a response from them during the weekends.

Other than the responses that have already been given be sure they haven't responded and it hasn't been sent to your spam folder.

Like teresa3200 said, check your spam folder maybe the reply went there. I have sent support tickets in and have always got a reply. I don't know how many days have passed, but you eon't get a reply the next day. Check spam and wait a few days, if still no answer I would sent the ticket again. Just make sure it is something FC has control over. Good luck!

Think I spoke too soon...I've had a ticket open since 2014-08-23 06:36:35, and no actual response from support...
Just this blurb that hasn't changed in over a week...

I think that's a good sign! They are looking into it, they aren't ignoring it. A lot of what FC does relies on the cooperation of other people/companies so the delay is not always on them.

I do not have an answer, but I am going to try to help.
May be FC is still working on finding out the answer.
Did you check your spam folder, even your trash folder?
You might have deleted the answer. ( I do that sometimes)
Do you have more than one email address? Did you check
all of them?
Did you try to send another ticket?
Meanwhile, the answer might be in the FAQ questions.

sometimes I do forget to check my spam. But I usually do and lately the daily emails have landed there. But I see no answers to support tickets. ???

I have to disagree, I sent a ticket to support and they did respond. It may have taken a couple days.

Actually at the beginning of the year I had an issue with my account been locked because of some hacking and attempting to access account from another country, I opened a ticket and my problem was solved about a week later after some back and forth from FC and me. They do respond just be patient.

They always answer mine, even when I yell at them. :P
