Does anyone know why it says: No surveys available at this time. Please try again later, un-hide surveys, check out our Daily Surveys, or earn a reward for registering with other market research panels.?

That means at the time there are no FC surveys available. Since they show up throughout the day, you could try waiting a while and then go to the page again to see if any surveys show up.
