I have several that I watch but -- A Team, Walker Texas Ranger rank high.

Well, this will show how old I am...another generation, but I remember MASH, Ed Sullivan, 77 Sunset Strip, Bonanza...many others that just don't come to mind now.

My favorite old program is The Andy Griffith Show. The show can make you laugh and cry within it's half hour episodes; and the casting of characters was pure genius. Still watch it quite often.

I just love Touched by and angel, Little house on the prarie, and Seventh heaven. I watch them all the time. There are so many others too. Too many to type out lol

The one that always comes to mind is The Facts of Life. :silly: I think it is that catchy theme song they played.

I have lots of favorite old TV shows. Gunsmoke, Wagon Train, The Untouchables, The Twilight Zone, The Outer Limits, The Naked City, The Streets of San Francisco are just a sample.
If I have to pick just one , I would say Gunsmoke.

Ditto on Andy Griffith. Also totally love the Rifleman. I saw Chuck Conners in person as a kid. Woo hoo! ::)

Not sure if it was my favorite but I would bet nobody here remembers Sugar Foot. It was always on when I got home from school as my grandmother was watching it.

There are several real old programs that I used to watch when I was a kid and recoverong from hip surgery they include bewitched , lost in space,my 3 sons,get smart. However, I think my favorite of all time is M*A*S*H.I think I know every line of every single episode! :rainbow: :rose: :peace: :wave:

My all time favorite is The Golden Girls. love that show soooo much. Wish i could afford cable so that I could watch it on hallmark channel!

This probably isn't old enough in reference but it's all I can think of. The king of queens. Oh and Everybody loves Raymond. I used to like Cheers, the cosby show, the fact of life.

I like the Flintstones, Jetsons, and Thundercats.

I love the Beverly Hillbillies, Twilight Zone, and Star Trek to name a few. They never get boring to me. The backwardness of Jed, Granny, Jethro and Ellie May never stop making me laugh.

We like to watch old westerns and just last month discovered we can watch quite a few of them on YouTube! We watch Have Gun Will Travel, Gunsmoke and Rawhide mostly. Love em!

The Andy Griffith Show is my all time favorite; I still watch the re-runs today. Another old show that I always liked was Leave It To Beaver; I always got a big kick out of Eddy Haskell.

I want to say Mayberry RFD or The Andy Griffin show with Opie, but looking at the other answers, I like the Jetsons and the Beverly Hillbillies too...

i have so much to say on this I'll have to post a few times to get it out! :glasses-nerdy I am a TV Nerd. Have ya'll heard of 'ME TV' (Memorable Television) It's free, no cable needed, with a analog to digital converter box. cable got too expensive after my husband died. 'ME TV' shows a lot of the classics mentioned in this thread. Having of couadult ADHD, My favorites are 22 minute sit-coms. One of my favorites is 'The Beverly Hillbillies'. I love 'Granny' (Irene Ryan) That little woman cracks me up every time. :bootyshake: :monkey: :party: :turkey:

I have too many favorite shows to list. I Love Lucy because Lucy always cracked me up. I Dream Of Jeannie because Barbara Eden is my favorite actress.

I loved the old Dallas! The new one was ok until they got too far out with the sex. Don't think it's even on anymore. We watched about all of the old westerns. I really liked The Yellow Rose of Texas with Sam Elliott too.

There are SO many older programs that I adore. I actually prefer to watch classic TV over a lot of stuff that's on nowadays.
I love pretty much all the old westerns: Gunsmoke, Rawhide, Cheyenne, Have Gun Will Travel, Wanted Dead or Alive, Rifleman, Wells Fargo, Bat Masterson, Maverick--the list can go on forever!
I also love The Golden Girls, Sanford and Son, The Jeffersons, The Munsters, The Addam's Family, Walker Texas Ranger, MASH, Barney Miller, 227 and Home Improvement.
I love the old cartoons from years ago as well like Scooby Doo, The Jetsons, Flintstones and Bugs Bunny.
There's so many great old shows that I know I've forgotten loads of them that I love to watch!

There are a lot of old shows I used to watch and I wish they would still air them. Ex Silver Spoons, Facts Of Life, Punky Brewster, Fraggle Rock, The Wonder Years, there is one more but I cant think of it right now.

I also go back to a prior generation. Growing up I loved The Rifleman (and ended up marrying a guy who looks remarkably like him) and now I really enjoy the old cop shows like Highway Patrol and Sea Hunt.

On television some of the old TV shows I like our CSI which is distills out run them but I watch the old ones and I like hogans heroes maverick and the someone over again shows I like lots of old Western movies like show older Western shows to letter watch much by like a I like the Lone Ranger especially well, the rifleman, and a lot of those old shows like.

The old mission impossible was one of my favorites along with the Three stooges. Daniel Boone, Bonanza, Marshall Dillon, Little house on the Prairie, The Greatest American Hero, Charlies Angels, Hunter, and CHIPs. Man I think I am too old.

I love old Bewitched, Beverly Hillbillies and Andy Griffith. Some of the old Twilight Zone episodes are pretty cool, too. Golden Girls and Frasier are two other favorites.

TV was brand new when I was young....I am 72. We were the first house on the block to get a tv, so all the kids came to my house to watch "Gabby Hayes" shoot Quaker Puffed Wheat and Rice out of a cannon. Great fun!
My ultimate favorite of all time was The Lone Ranger. I have a tee-shirt with him on his horse "Silver", and Tonto his faithful companion, who was a champion in real life for dignity/respect for the Native American.
Ah such simple days. He was my ultimate hero, they both were.

My Favs are the 1960's Star Trek , McHales Navy , The Carol Burrnet Show, Laugh In, A Team, Mc Cloud Mini series just to name a few, you can watch most of those on Utube,.. I do Like the Dukes of Hazarrs, but these PC people have seen that it be taken off the air... :o

SOAP - Will Billy Crystal in his younger years.
At one time I owned the entire collection on VHS. Even had my now 16 & 17 year old watching it a few years ago. Course we had to find it on DVD then.
