My favorite old program is The Andy Griffith Show. The show can make you laugh and cry within it's half hour episodes; and the casting of characters was pure genius. Still watch it quite often.

I have lots of favorite old TV shows. Gunsmoke, Wagon Train, The Untouchables, The Twilight Zone, The Outer Limits, The Naked City, The Streets of San Francisco are just a sample.
If I have to pick just one , I would say Gunsmoke.

There are SO many older programs that I adore.  I actually prefer to watch classic TV over a lot of stuff that's on nowadays.

I love pretty much all the old westerns:  Gunsmoke, Rawhide, Cheyenne, Have Gun Will Travel, Wanted Dead or Alive, Rifleman, Wells Fargo, Bat Masterson, Maverick--the list can go on forever!

I also love The Golden Girls, Sanford and Son, The Jeffersons, The Munsters, The Addam's Family, Walker Texas Ranger, MASH, Barney Miller, 227 and Home Improvement.

I love the old cartoons from years ago as well like Scooby Doo, The Jetsons, Flintstones and Bugs Bunny.

There's so many great old shows that I know I've forgotten loads of them that I love to watch!

TV was brand new when I was young....I am 72. We were the first house on the block to get a tv, so all the kids came to my house to watch "Gabby Hayes" shoot Quaker Puffed Wheat and Rice out of a cannon. Great fun!

My ultimate favorite of all time was The Lone Ranger. I have a tee-shirt with him on his horse "Silver", and Tonto his faithful companion, who was a champion in real life for dignity/respect for the Native American.

Ah such simple days. He was my ultimate hero, they both were.

SOAP - Will Billy Crystal in his younger years.

At one time I owned the entire collection on VHS.  Even had my now 16 & 17 year old watching it a few years ago.  Course we had to find it on DVD then.
