mystery shopping jobs i got information in the mail today and i am thinking about doing but i need more information about it so if you do this can you let me know what you think of this thanks
-
watch out, those things are usually scams. All I say is scrutinize it.
-
I had a friend do it years ago and she said thats its not worth it after the time and money she had to put into it.
-
I have never done it, but I heard it can be a scam. Before you decide I would really check it out.
-
I've gotten paid for a couple of mystery shops. Lately, though, my health hasn't been good, so I really can't commit to a particular date ahead of time. Plus, in my rural area, we don't get a lot of shops.
-
I have never used, but am always getting offers for them, just not sure I trust them to work so have not bothered to try.
-
I have never used it, but it seems ok to do
-
I also recieved information on this same site as well but I was to nervous to try it I thought it might be a scam. If you try it post on here and let us know!
-
scam program if they charge you money to join.

Try using these apps: Field Agent and iSecretShop. These are legit. You may not make a ton, but I know they pay.

I was a member of a mystery shopping site for a long time like 3 years and the ONLY job I was ever offered was at the post office and the deal was you mail this box and you do not know what is in it and you cannot open it. Uh NO! There was NEVER anything else in MY area. I emailed them about it and never got a response.
There is another one I have checked on but I have to give them my SS# and they are on the other side of the country from me. I talked to a live person who assured me there are job in MY area but I consider MY area my home town not an hour from me. I honestly don't believe him and he cannot tell me one specific place that has mystery shops in my home town. I know a couple of people personally who have done this but to me it is not worth it. You have to pay for the stuff yourself and submit receipts for everything and do everything perfectly to the letter of their specifications or you do not get paid. My one friend stopped using the one company because he said the pay was not worth it and it was a lot of hassle to get paid. And I have heard several say it can take 3 months to get paid.
So, I guess it is up to you. Just make sure it is a legit company and that they are not asking YOU to pay THEM anything to see a job list. And make sure the company is real and legit before you give them your info. I kind of think if you don't live in a bigger city there aren't a lot of jobs available in the mystery shopping department.

Now that I think about it, I should have took the job and opened the box. There might have been something good in there. lol

I tried mystery shopping on line a few years ago, it didn't really work. It was more involved than I was willing to put up with-forms and offers to fill out including giving my cell phone number. I didn't like it and I don't remember if I got paid for all of my tasks.
I wish you luck.

i have never heard of them before..i had always thought about mystery shopping but from what i have heard most are scams..so be careful

I never received anything in the mail and other than stories I read about the process they're more a myth than a potential reality to me. I do periodically hear about scams, but I would like to try this one day if I can ensure this is legitimate. Of course, my work schedule provides me little time other than maybe the weekends.

My niece did this for a short time. You have to be very careful. They send you to some places that are not safe to purchase things. Some places were a distance away. All in all she found that she wasn't making much for a lot of hassle.

I got scammed for about $5,000, which I still owe nnow.i wouldn't do it
-
I signed up, but with the price of gas today it didn't make sense for me.
-
I do mystery shopping for the post office and several area restaurants. I usually clear $150 - $200 a month plus get several free meals each month!
-
Nope. Like everyone else said though, be careful to make sure it isn't a scam. If you do your research and it's something you wouldn't mind doing, then why not.
-
i have never heard of that, ill check it out

Did you receive a check with your package? If you did and you are suppose to cash it at your bank and money gram most of it to someone else and give your experience. Its a scam my girlfriend tried it and the check or money was a fraud and she had to pay her bank for it bouncing so don't give those people any money until it clears and that takes up to 10 business days even though it might show up in your account during that time your bank should tell you to wait the 10 business days before you do anything. That is how people get money that belongs to someone else.

Saw a story once along time ago on sixty minues and some are for real and you get good pay

My brother-in-law is registered with a few of these sites. His lifestyle allows him the freedom to go and do these type of assignments. Not only does he have no kids... he also lives in a major city in the US. That alone gives him more opportunities. Most of the things he does he would be doing anyway. Ie: eating out at restaurants, using parking garages etc.. so he basically get's reimbursed for services he would already be using.

I don't know much about it but I think not all a scam. Just find out what you use the website and find out more information before you commit to it. Hope everything work out for you.
-
just be careful cause i received a letter bout secret shopper and found from my bank before i cashed it that it was a scam,so if you bank at bank of america they can tell if it's a scam cause they call the number on the letter.you can also go through bbb with the company that sent it to you and see if they are legit before you do it,so just be carefull.

I know several people that have done this. You've just got to exercise good judgement. Follow your instincts.

I have seen many of these mystery shopping things. And I just don't feel comfortable doing them. I rather be here on Fusion Cash and my other reliable sites.
