Title: referrals!

I looked through a lot of old topics of how to get referrals, but didn't find anything :(

I'm looking for
a) a good way to sell it to friends and family without seeming.. pushy. haha.
or
b) a site where you trade referrals that doesn't take forever

any other suggestions are welcome too! :D

You can just email them and give them a description of how it works along with the referral link so you get it. Either they will look and check it out or bypass it.
