Title: 5 cent task

Doing a 5 cent task it is asking to " You must install the CrowdFlower Browser Extension before starting work on the task." why do I have to install this?

The extension tracks the work you do and makes you sure you complete all the steps required. In most cases, it also provides a countdown clock so you are on the required page for the required length of time.

I downloaded the extension and haven't had any issues with it, but your Java needs to be up to date or it won't work.

I also have the extension and it works with very few issues.. the issues come from the task, not the extension itself... I keep it disabled til I need it for a task so don't even notice it

Okay thanks I might have to reinstall Java I took it out didn't need it. I guess I'll find out when I go to do it.

That's what you have to do to complete certain tasks, that is just the way it is, please contact support with any further questions, thanks 8)

Okay I guess I have to reinstall jva I uninstalled it a few weeks ago.

Great, thanks for the info. I will have to update Java but o will check them out.
