Title: celebrities of the past

Danny Kaye's daughter is honoring her parents by setting up a commemoration for them.We had some really memorable celebrities: Bing Crosby, Fred Astaire, Jackie Gleason [I didn't know he was a musician./ He was so well known for "The Honeymooners".]

What's my Line was a nice show you could see a number of celebrities. [60's]

I loved Bea Benaderet as a kid, and I still do.  She reminds me a lot of all my great-aunts that I knew growing up.

I like Dean Martin and Jerry Lewis. Gene Kelly and Frank Sinatra but my favorite of all time is John Wayne. Although I don't think he is a musician at all. I grew up watching a lot of western movies because my dad was a fan of the Old Pilgrim.
