Do you have any ideas to get rid of stress?

deep breathing and if necessary - medication ;D

#1 get rid of the thing that is causing you to stress. 2 if you can't do #1 I suggest do some meditation or yoga they are great stress relievers. Not everything can be cured or helped by medicating, plus why fill your body with that when you can do something else. Also teas and herbs may help. :)

Praying an relaxing I heard helps

I make some quiet time with my cats. They always seem to be able to calm me down.

I find some quiet time so I can clear my thoughts or just get out of the house for a while by myself.

I stay away from work.

I live with someone that is constantly stressing me out. I often put on my headphones to calm my nerves but often times he tries to take my headphones. Other times I will go for a walk. I often find fresh air and music calms my nerves.

Talking to my husband. He is my best friend! :in-love:

I take deep breaths, try to calm my mind and realize this too shall pass.

I do yoga and meditation. Listening to music also helps me relax and get rid of stress.

An hour nap usually does the trick.

Listening to music is probably my favorite. Some times though I just want to lay down and look at calming pictures (I like flowers/nature scenes) or exercise. If you're particularly stressed exercise can be really good.

I dont take my own advice, but here are some productive ways to reduce stress:
-prioritize and dont procrastinate (time management)
-exercise
-rest, adequate sleep
-"me" time, hobby you enjoy
-social time with friends
-eat healthy
-learn to say no!
-keep a journal
-breathing and biofeedback

Take a nice drive and listen to your favorite music. Or sit outside and just enjoy the weather (if it's nice out!).

My fave stress buster is cleaning the house but also listening to classical music, working on a hobby, excercising and/or a tea break. Making a new recipe can be relaxing.

THe best way i get rid of any stress is playing a video game or two for a few hours to just drift of into stress free land! lol cheesy but it works.

How true that is. My husband and I love our cats dearly. They add so much joy to our lives and yes, they are wonderful at reducing and eliminating stress. Between the cats and nice, soft, relaxing music, all my stress melts away.

How I get rid of stress is by relaxing by listening to music, maybe read a book or take a hot bath. And I exercise too.

Listening to music, and deep breathing may help with de stressing.

I short walk help with stress.

I think walking outside is the best stress relief for me.

when, i can sleep is when i feel stress release!

No real true way unless you eliminate the things or people that cause you stress to begin with or that stress will always be there in one form or another
