everytime i try to fax to you guys am getting errors. do you guys have a time i should fax or is it anytime. can you help me with this error. its a communication error.

I do not remember having to do anything like this but I have been with FC so many years, I can not remember. I think that I had to do a telephone verification using my home land line and it was easy and went well.
Were you not able to verify your identity through your telephone?
I suggest that you open a support ticket?

yes i was to by phone. but they need more info. and the fax number isn't working for some reason

I think you need to get in touch with Fusion Cash Admin, to address this error...
