What moments do you feel most anxious? Is it meeting new people, or when you are/were in school taking test, or maybe presenting.

Meeting new people is up there fore me. These days a lot of things tend to make me anxious. Might have to go see a doctor about it.

When unexpected things come up and mess up my plan for the day....and then things don't get done  that were supposed to get done.  It causes me to feel so far "behind" and overwhelmed and it isn't long before I have anxiety about that day, the next day and sometimes for a week or so after.

I get most anxious during my annual training.  I have to pass a test every year and if I don't I could get fired.

I hate that feeling when you have to speak in front of a group of people. At first I am nervous but then I am totally fine.

Another 1 comes to mind.I sing in a band <trio>......playing that first song of the night and getting a favorable responsive applause always helps me feel relaxed right after we finish it.

My most anxious moments all center around losing my husband a year and a half ago am still struggling with this and now my two grown sons live with me and lol they are awesome but they give me a lot of anxious moments.  I don't know used to be about finances but I have cut out enough bills that I can make it now if I am careful with adhering to my budget.   :rainbow:

I get anxious when I receive a phone call from my daughter at odd times of the day/night.  I always think something is wrong.  Most of the time there isn't, just something she wanted to tell me or something she forgot to mention.  But I always have a feeling of panic when I see it is her until I hear what she is calling about.  That's the mother in me....
